Lights didn't work, TV didn't work, couldn't shut the bathroom door all the way, outlets didn't work, elevator door wouldn't open.

The second time we stayed here... it's convenient for the airport to go to the mountains the next day!!! The hotel is nice and clean!

Although sort of understaffed, they acknowledged that and it made me patient! The front desk was very nice!!!

Lots of restaurants nearby.
Second stay going to and from the airport. The first night stay before our flight out, the room was amazing. The second night after we returned, we got an older room, with patches on the ceiling, shower door handle was falling off, and the carpet was in need of a major vacuuming.
I attributed the room to a 7pm checkin that was ******* booked. Rate was $70 less than the rate they had on the Wyndham website.

To be honest, we stayed here at the start of our trip, left car, & shuttled to DIA. Front desk was great.Room great. Shuttle on time. Fri. night, flee out Sat. Returned late the following Sun. night, late 10:30. Our room had no coffee, tea, cups, or glasses. Went down & got my own. Don't know if they were short staff or not but rooms have to be perfect for next guest. Also didn't have sosp for sink & shower. Judt 1 to be used at both. That's not a big deal but----

Unfortunately, even though we called ahead to confirm our late arrival (due to snowstorm and long drive) and need for a Pack & Play for our 2 year old, when we arrived for check-in at 10pm, there was no Pack & Play available for us or awareness of our previous call. It was only a 1-night stay and it was the only thing we asked for and needed to make our quick stay acceptable, but our toddler ended up sleeping on the floor. Other than that, the hotel was satisfactory for our quick stay.

The room was so loud, could hear flushing from other rooms all night long. The bathroom sliding door was so hard to operate had to use the bathroom with the door open. The alarm clock was plugged into same outlet with the lamp that was operated by a wall switch so powered off along with phone charger when turned the light off for the night, luckily I had a backup alarm.
