前台服務員，工作沒做到位通知客户，既然沒有熱水澡洗等到晚上十點多才來熱水！其實中午住進去就沒有熱水，但是並沒有告知一下！無語的是冷天氣酒店既然一次性拖鞋都沒有[汗]
