Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms.

Hotel for the unrequired. If someone is looking for luxury and fireworks, I do not recommend it. But for people who want to rest on the beach and in beautiful water, I recommend it. Hotel is well-designed, rooms are large, quite modernly decorated. I don't think we used animation, but I know they were during the day and in the evening music/dancing. Minus is food. Monotonic, poorly fixed, little meat and fruit. But you can survive. It's a pity to get into English quite hard, but somehow we're going to get along.

A pleasant stay in early December, it makes beautiful, clean hotel welcomes the right room and perfect cleaning service, all the staff to listen to you. The restaurant is a variety of choices with seasonal fruit. The restaurant team is always on your listening. There is a picnic covered with aquagym session every day and a sports room on the side. The hotel is too calm I recommend it for those who want to relax.

ANIMATIONS NULLES surtout le soir, on s'est ennuyé; presque pas d'animateurs. et en boucle tous les soirs pendant 1h la même bande de chansons enfantines (on est quand même du 10 au 17 sept.)Resto Tunisien pas mal par contre le buffet principal pas top du tout... pas une seule fois des FRITES en une semaine ! et inlassablement midi et soir les mêmes choses : crudités, pas de salade variée et 2 sortes de pâtes ainsi que pizza une seule sorte, et toujours les mêmes légumes et merguez, boeuf en sauce etc...plutôt pimenté !! c'est vraiment rikiki! du jamais vu. Barman pas sympa mais le reste du personnel très bien ! malgré cela nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et je vous conseille HEDI le mec qui vend les excursions QUAD BUGGY etc... très gentil et on a fait une ballade quad de 3h en comité restreint magnifique !! dommage pour la bouffe et les animations car l'hôtel en général est vraiment très beau. A noté qu'on a eut des algues!
