I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery. Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped. A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago. Keep up the good work. Booked this hotel for a layover, just hoping for something cheap and clean. It turned out to be surprisingly good. Early check-in was offered for an extra 100 RMB, but I opted to wait in the lobby instead (it was quiet and tucked away from the front desk). Before long, the front desk assigned me a room, free of charge.

Good location to stay before travelling/arriving at the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle bus as well.

Attentive service. Airport shuttle was punctual, efficient and comfortable. On a very quiet street. Restaurant food was ok, generous portions.

Excellent place to stay for a long layover because they have airport shuttle bus and the rates are reasonable.

The room is comfortable and peaceful, and the location near the Corniche makes it perfect for early morning runs. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

The hotel's facilities leave much to be desired for the price, and I am disappointed. There are no toiletries or slippers in the room, and the carpets are dirty. It seems that the carpets are not being cleaned. The receptionist told us that there was complimentary tea and coffee in the room, but our room was for two people, and there were only two small bottles of water and one small bag of coffee for two people. No one offered to add more. The air conditioning is not working properly, and the bathroom exhaust fan is not functioning. I do not recommend this hotel at the airport, it is better to overpay and choose a hotel at the airport. The hotel has a terrible smell in the room.

I had a long transit so I needed a place to crash overnight. One thing to be mindful of is although they advertise a bus shuttle from the airport, there’s only one every 3 or 4 hours so you may need to grab a taxi. Apart from that, it’s a clean place to sleep and rest between flights.

Decent hotel, you pay for what you get. It’s pretty reasonable for the price for 2 nights. We arrived at 1+am and there was service crew at the reception. Check in was super smooth. Room size is alright, bathroom was alright. There is no toiletries which is alright. It’s near to the airport and there is airport transfer provided which is great!

Very clean, efficient, lovely mattress. Shuttle bus picks up free from airport every 2 hours and returns you.
