我和老伴兒自駕外出旅遊，數次入住各地維也納酒店，感覺還不錯。但剛進入東方這家酒店的房間，檢查衞生狀況時，發現兩件被套均有污漬（一件有碳素筆寫劃痕跡，一件不僅有點片狀污損，而且有一塊較大的破洞），要求服務員更換，但沒想到這位中年女服務員竟然不客氣地説：“是不是你們自己弄臟的？”這簡直是對客人的肆意污辱！也是我歷年來外出旅行遇到的絕無僅有的一次！我和老伴兒對她進行了嚴肅批評，並要求她請酒店經理及有關人員前來鑒定，她才不情願地道歉並更換了一件有污漬的被套。希望貴酒店抓好員工培訓和服務質量，維護好自身商譽。

維也納酒店是一如既往的好，乾淨衞生，床墊舒服，洗澡水好，早餐還不錯，前台服務人員熱情周到，還送了早餐，謝謝

房間中規中矩 槽點主要在停車場的新能源充電 辦理入住時先問的前台能不能充電 答曰可以 停車場二樓是新能源充電樁 上去找樁充電 發現好像不行顯示樁離線 隔壁一個哥們説他試了三台樁都不行充不成 沒辦法走了，我又聯繫前台 前台説可以 派了個人過來，結果試遍了全場的充電樁每一個能用 期間充電口卡在車上取不下來 找樁上的鑰匙結果發現遺失 沒辦法最後用別的機器上的鑰匙取下來了 整個折騰了倆小時沒充成 派來兩個人都沒解決，八點辦入住 十點還沒充上，最後放棄去周邊找其他充電樁 結果都被燃油車佔著車位 最後找了個巨遠的地方充 回來都十二點了，生生折騰了四個小時，就想説 充電樁平時沒人維護嗎？充不成能不能早點告之 ？所以開電動車的朋友多多注意這個酒店的這個問題，希望你們能避免我的遭遇。
