The decoration is very new, the facilities and equipment are intact and the hygiene is great. Typical HolidayInn style, suitable for business trips. If you need to list before ten o'clock for continuous living, otherwise you will not take the initiative to clean. In order to control the cost. Two minutes out is the largest civic square pedestrian street, five minutes is the largest shopping mall in the local area, ten minutes is the train station, ten minutes drive to the highway.

Am Hotel ist nichts auszusetzen. Ausnahme: Den Preis mit ca. 200,- € pro Nacht finde ich zu hoch. Ich war, wie die meisten anderen Hotelgäste wahrscheinlich auch, zu einem Schalke-Spiel da. Da wird dann natürlich beim Preis ausgenutzt, dass die Hütte auf jeden Fall ausgebucht sein wird. Kann man aber mal machen. Es ist natürlich absolut klasse, dass man quasi direkt aus der Arena ins Bett fallen kann und sich nicht in die überfüllte Straßenbahn quetschen muss, insbesondere bei einem Abendspiel. Selbstverständlich ist bis spät in die Nacht noch ganz schön viel Action in der Hotel-Lobby. Aber zu einem Fußballspiel will ich das auch gerne so haben.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. Both check-in and check-out have been smoothly executed. The room is OK, something old-fashioned. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and offers little privacy. Big windows available for air. Also necessary, because in the room was a muffy air when entering each time. We had to connect ourselves to the sticks. The bedroom was clean. However, in the bathroom many hair (bart tubs and longer) from the pre-visitor! -＞ both at the washing basin, in the bathtub and in the shower. There were five of us checked into the hotel and we had two rooms with sliding doors - superb. Great hotel, very clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds, delicious drinks. Great connections to shopping and as a musical hotel - that's how we used it! Competent and friendly staff at reception, cleaning and bar. The shuttle service was also great. We were completely satisfied. Super tasty, balanced, healthy breakfast - everything your heart desires. From fresh fruit/vegetables to delicious scrambled eggs, a great selection of bread/rolls and tea and coffee specialties. We didn't miss anything! The private sauna was also a dream and we really enjoyed it! Thank you so much for the great stay! I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Ein Schild neben der Eingangstür weist dieses Haus als 4 Sterne-Hotel aus. Absolut lächerlich, vor allem, wenn man vergleicht, welchen Aufwand andere Hotels treiben, um ihren Gästen wirklichen 4 Sterne Komfort zu bieten. Zum Zimmer: relativ kleines, insgesamt ungemütliches Badezimmer. Die Toilette ist hinter der Türe versteckt, leider in einer kleinkindtauglichen Höhe. Wir Senioren hatten Schwierigkeiten, uns nach einer 'Sitzung' wieder in die Höhe zu schrauben. Die Betten waren eine glatte Zumutung. Schon als ich mich auf die Bettkante setzte, quietschte und knarrte die gesamte Konstruktion. Das Gleiche auf der Seite meiner Frau. Man wurde wach vom eigenen Umdrehen, man wurde wach, wenn der Partner sich umdrehte. Ich habe diesen Zustand an der Rezeption zur Kenntnis gebracht. Sollte Sie also auf Zimmer 402 auf diese immer noch quietschenden und knarrenden Betten treffen, wissen Sie, wie ernst Gästebeschwerden genommen werden. Weiter zum angeblichen 4-Sterne Niveau: Kühlschrank: dort, wo sich der Kühlschrank befinden sollte, war lediglich ein leerer Schrank. Kommentar der Rezeption: nicht jedes Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank. Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung: Fehlanzeige. Frühstück: vorab ein Kompliment an die Servicekraft: sie musste den Service im Frühstücksrestaurant alleine stemmen. Es ist nicht ihr Verschulden, wenn gebrauchtes Geschirr nicht vom Tisch abgeräumt wird, wenn es etwas dauert, bis das Büffet wieder aufgefüllt wird. Sie konnte nicht mehr leisten, als ständig in Bewegung zu sein. Diese personelle Ausstattung hat ebenfalls nichts mit 4 Sternen zu tun! Die auf dem Büffet angebotenen Komponenten waren vielfältig und qualitativ gut. Ein Schluck Sekt wäre recht schön gewesen, aber bei dem niedrigen Aufpreis für das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu erwarten. Hervorzuheben sind die leckeren Kuchen, die einem auf dem Buffet zur Verfügung standen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis des Buffets war sehr gut. Ansonsten: drei Sterne mit Mängeln.
