Melody Queen Hotel by Aura

Another terrible encounter at this establishment, which bills itself as a hotel but is more like a warehouse/store. Every floor has a stench of rotting meat, and the restrooms are filthy because they were once slaughterhouses. The location is really unsettling and unfit for someone who travelled to Dubai for a great purpose. There is not drinking water, water heater atleast. The hotel we get is different from picture in the agoda given. First, my husband go down to ask the water heater, then he told will send to the room. After that, we will still not receive. Then i down, ask the water heater at the counter, he give me annoying face and not honest. The water heater he give to us is very very dirty & rusty. We cannot use it. Final decision, we go nearby shop around & buy some food with drinking water. Very worst hotel in this area with expensive price. Sure we will not repeat again. Please improve your hotel service.

Nothing, the place is very tidy, no towels in the room, the AC produce alot of noise u can't get rest there, I booked a king size bed but they gave me a room with 3 separate beds when I asked the receptionist he said that it's the only one that they have and when i asked for a refundhe said there is nothingthat he can do. They have only one staff, who is the receptionist and everything there, no customer service and very alogant.

Bad bad bad bad experience ive ever had. This should not called hotel! Its better to called it flat or storage. Its better to sleep in my room than to spent money for this kind pf Room. Very bad place. I booked a deluxe king bed room but they give me a 2 single bed.
