Overall is good, however the room is not convenient, too far from elevators. Didn’t taste the hotel food, overall ok and will reconsider to revisit

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The food is delicious , the services they offer , the swimming 🏊♂️ pool is always clean among others every is perfect.

For AED 523 (USD 142), you get what you pay for. It is a basic hotel. Bed and linen was clean but the rest of the room is dated and could use an upgrade. Same goes for the lobbies and restaurant etc., looks very used and dated. Hotel tried to charge me AED 56 more than what I had already paid to trip.com. I asked to speak to the manager. He was very nice and corrected the issue with an apology that due to their system error, it was asking me for more money at check in. All the staff working there is very sweet and helpful. Everyone has a smile and eager to help.

The food was perfect, room was clean and bug enough. I recommend this place to travelers going to Dubai, 17-20 minutes from airport

I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service. I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth.
