The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but the service is good. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes great. It would be even better if they could add a noodle station for freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli. The hotel has a great location, making travel convenient. You can take the red subway line directly from the airport, and the hotel is just off the corridor bridge from the subway exit. It's also within walking distance to the Marana yacht area across the street. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The executive lounge offers nice views.

Location: Excellent, very close to Burj Khalifa (700 meters walking distance) and Business Bay. Check-in Service: Excellent, staff are nice, and no security deposit is required for check-in. Parking: Spacious, and they offer valet service. Room: Spacious and clean. Facilities: The main pool is large, and they also have a kids' pool. Breakfast: Varied and good. Check-out Service: Fast, and staff are nice.

I had a great stay overall and would come back again after the renovations are completed. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me, which made me feel really welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — fresh towels and a nicely made bed. I also appreciated being allowed to check in early (with a charge), which was very helpful since I arrived early. The location is super convenient, close to the MRT and directly connected to a mall. A couple of small issues: the room was a bit dusty at first, and I wasn’t informed about the ongoing renovations. The drilling noise was quite disruptive when I was trying to rest. Overall still a very pleasant stay!
