CCarina HoBreakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!!
For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant.
Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you??
I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!!
Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?!
What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay!

TTrav3ll3rA great location with direct access to JBE, the Beach and the Walk. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice seating area giving you more space. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The pool is small and can get crowded, but it is a nice place to sun and dip.

2206228****I was very satisfied with this hotel, and there are a few key points.
First, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach. Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk. There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location.
Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service. From the window, you can see the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and the sea. Enjoying a drink on the balcony is quite relaxing.
Third, the hotel includes two meals a day, either breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. And the food for both meals is fantastic. Dinner offers a seafood buffet with a wide variety of seafood and fish. Lunch is also great, with two restaurant options: an Italian restaurant and a Greek restaurant, both included in the room rate. I tried the Greek restaurant, and the squid ink risotto and seafood soup were delicious. I didn't expect the hotel-included meals to be this good, which was a pleasant surprise.
I also need to mention a drawback: when looking at the hotel's room rates, you absolutely must consider the taxes and fees. Generally, the tax in the UAE is 20 dirhams per night, but the taxes at this hotel, or rather at all hotels in JBR, are actually quite high. After you see the room rate, pay special attention to the total amount payable, as it might be significantly higher than the room rate alone; the taxes could add up to nearly 1000 AED. I didn't notice the taxes initially and just booked directly. Then, when I paid, I wondered why it was over 1000 AED more than the room rate. I called Trip.com and found out there were substantial taxes, so this is something to be aware of. Everyone should pay more attention to this.
Aside from the issue with taxes, there are no other problems with this hotel. Starbucks is right next door. For women, there's a street nearby with many small perfume shops. I initially thought the perfumes would be mediocre, but I bought some and found their scents to be quite pleasant.

GGuest UserAn unforgettable family stay at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai! We came with my wife and our 2-year-old son, and they absolutely loved it. Amazing service, stunning rooms, and a perfect mix of luxury and family fun. Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium were highlights for our little one. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

MM00_M00I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction.
On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services).
Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable.
When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.
While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.

JJanCityThis hotel should be a seven star not a five star. This place is unbelievable everything here was top-notch the staff was incredibly friendly VIP lounge, the gymnasium, the spa the beach everything was so so good everything was top notch. The bedrooms were like massive apartment suites everything was luxury inside. I stayed an extra night here because I loved it so much. Definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a resort type vacation in Dubai.

GGuest UserGood location near metro station. Walking distance to the beach 20-25 minutes or tram about 10 -15 minutes. Nice pool. Restaurant is not that good. Spirit store 20 minutes walking. Not many shops or cafe around . Generally good location for a good price but if with small children it May be complicated to get to the beach and back.
