Sheraton Hotels in Dubai

A fantastic hotel in a good location - easy to get around Dubai from here either by taxi, car or the metro is only a few steps away. The hotel is beautifully designed from the lobby to the top floor pool and bar. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and with all the facilities you would expect. The beds were super comfy and the pillows and linen were great quality resulting in a fab nights sleep. The rooms are also soundproof so no noisy neighbours! The restaurant has a huge selection on offer for breakfast - great quality too. The roof top pool and bar was an awesome place to relax and have a drink, day or night. The service from reception, concierge to the roof top bar was outstanding. Overall ,a fantastic holiday and a great place to stay - thank you.

This hotel is perfect if you are planning to travel to Dubai. The aircon is good at the hotel, their rooms are too clean, and importantly the reception is exceptionally when you just check in. There are quite a number of these hotels, but this one is unique in that it is at a very quite place unlike the city centre ones where there is a lot of traffic. I would 200% recommend you to stay by this hotel.

1. 5 hours to ( check in ) one of the rooms ( from 3 PM to 8 PM ) ( reservition 2 conected rooms family with children ) 2. They refuse to upgrade the rooms ( when I asked during the problem ) and tell me they will charg me the rooms price . 3. U have to chang elevators to reach the rooms ( 2 elevetors from loby to 5th floor ” take time” slow . Then 4 elevators to the rooms with room cards ” good time ” . 4. Small loby , crawded , no coffe shop .

The room is very nice, the sea view room is invincible, but it was under renovation when I checked in. The construction started early in the morning and I couldn't sleep well. The front desk service attitude was very good, good reviews! In the morning, the waiter kept knocking on the door. When I opened the door, I just asked if the service was available. It felt meaningless. The experience was bad. The overall stay experience was OK, recommended after the construction.
