The room was good and quiet. The bed and bedding were very clean and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for shopping and touring the island. The staff were extremely capable and kind.

Fantastic location for a hotel, friendly staff, large room and great air conditioning. If you want a centrally located Dumaguete hotel then this is for you. Underground parking just rounds it all off.

In the main area of the city with Macdonald's, Chowking and of course Jollibee all close by and super markets Lee plaza and Robinsons across the road, there are a few other less famous places to eat with good portions. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. It's cheap and cheerful so don't expect the Ritz, my wife likes to stay at this hotel, I have no problem it's reasonably clean but in a city you get a little dust. Good for a few days or if you have an early flight or ferry.

Old run-down building, the water in the bathroom doesn't run into the drainage, just lays in front of the toilet, making it difficult to use.
No bottled water supplied.
The room wasn't cleaned in the 4 nights i stayed.
The staff were nice.

"I rated Asia Nova a 3.5 overall, mainly because of its prime location—convenient access to the city, restaurants, and all at a very affordable price.
Suggestion: The pillows could definitely be improved, as the current ones are quite uncomfortable and may cause a stiff neck. 😅"
