Great hotel in great location. The staffs are also very helpful and great service mind. Firstly, the hotel upgraded our room for free, it was nice, clean, and spacious. After that the robot delivered us free welcome yoghurts. The location is nice, in the middle of shopping street, bakery, convenient stores. It is convenient to take cab to Mingshashan. The laundry room looks nice, new and clean. Definitely we will come to this hotel if we were back in Dunhuang.

An excellent hotel in central dunhuang. Located in a central location, close to a variety of restaurants and it was extremely easy to find taxis. The personnel were always extremely helpful in providing information of places to visit and things to do. The day we departed there was a planned water services disruption and we were warned about this the night before to plan showers early in the morning. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to dunhuang.

Super friendly and flexible hotel. Very helpful front desk staff, especially grateful to Ms. Yang. She was able to provide useful advice on attraction areas and best time to visit. When we requested for late check out due to our late flight, we get our check out from 2 pm to 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Concierge went out of her way a few times to tell me the location of the mass manufacturer, show me how to work the washing machine, even help me to do stamping and send me off. Love the room especially with voice- controlled Xiao Du (the Chinese version of Alexa) but the sink is in a somewhat awkward position. Room was soundproof from noises from other rooms but not from the corridor. Still amazing stay, highly recommended

It is su new and clean. The hotel design is modern but corporate Dunhuang element style together. The staffs are very helpful even though language limitation. The location is just at the centered, easy to walk everywhere and get a cab.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to Shazhou Night Market and Dunhuang Bookstore in about 10 minutes. The room is clean and quiet. The ladies at the front desk are very warm and polite.

The location is very good, just a 10-minute walk from the night market and three blocks away from the traffic lights. The Mingshashan North Road downstairs is super beautiful! The ladies at the front desk are very considerate. Every time I go out, they remind me to drink water and pay attention to sun protection, and they also praise my skirt for being beautiful. It was my first time visiting Dunhuang and staying at this hotel. It was a great experience! We were upgraded to a family room for free. It was very spacious and comfortable.
