Room booked was infested with bees. They were in the walls and on both main bed and kids bed. Killed a total of 6 and there were still more. Asked management to correct and was provided with another room at it was too late when we checked in. My sons are allergic to bees so this was a bigger deal. My room rate was not adjusted for the downgrade in room. My sons bed in alternate room did not have sheets or pillows. There were not enough towels for son. Receptionist was rude when asked to correct. Will contact credit card company for partial payment refund

Building is old so every step of fellow resident was audible. Also a lot of noise at night.

Very unfriendly staff. A lot of noise pollution from the underlying catering business. A constant beeping in the hallway. Not recommended… The breakfast was average, actually too expensive for what it was. In short, it was too expensive for the quality we received.

Decent room but expensive and lower quality restaurant. The head of the room is not friendly and the rest of the team is not qualified. Flavorless dishes. Too bad at this price. Decent breakfast although the eggs were way overcooked.
