Good location in quiet residential area. Bed comfortable room n bathroom clean. Free carpark. Check in check out is fast easy. Coffee tea supply is great . Room is basic . No fridge no toothbrush provided but towels and soap is adequately supplied.

Service was good, facilities and cleanliness was avarage, not a top rate but are reflceting to the price. It's ok for what we paid.

The room facilities are relatively old, but overall it is clean, especially the free parking is a great deal. The Italian restaurant in the hotel courtyard is highly recommended. Their pizza and seafood pasta taste great!

車で行くなら、最高のロケーションだと思います。 私は車がなかったので、街の中心からは歩きかタクシーでした。歩きは幹線道路沿いなので、夜でもさほど危なくはなさそうですが、風情はありません。 お部屋は広く、とても清潔です。ベッドの寝心地もよかったです。紅茶やコーヒーは飲み放題です。 建物が３つあって、私はフロントから一番遠い建物でした。夜遅くに到着したので、暗かったこともあり、スーツケースを引っ張ってそこまで行くのがちょっと寂しくて緊張しました。

You couldn’t get a better location with the added bonus of free parking. The staff on reception were lovely and friendly, very helpful too. I stayed in the annexe with my dog and due to the snow, it was a beautiful scene that greeted us. The room was clean and it was handy having the vending machine on hand in the foyer, just incase you forget anything. True value for money and a little gem when staying in Durham
