The staff was very friendly - cookies at check-in and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was good. The parking was easy. The rooms were clean and adequate space. The facility was new and up-to-date. With a car, it was conveniently located to the Duke campus and downtown Durham. It's not exactly a picturesque location and not walkable, but it was perfectly adequate for what we needed.

The staff was so friendly to myself and my kids. Our room was ready on time and very clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Hotel was convenient to where we were visiting. We will stay here again the next time we visit Durham.

A quality experience- from check in to check out it was obvious that customer service is top priority at this property. It is a lovely well designed facility. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding. Hampton Inn is always our first choice.
