Pickering Casino Resort

The hotel isn't located near anything. Not much to do but hit the ******. Room service cannot enter your room.... it's door service. Food is just ok.

Very clean and spacious rooms Food court on premises Starbucks,pizza and couple other places for food. Coffee machine in room Very nice hotel Would book again

Hotel and resort were great. Only advice would be to change the pool policy. Guests are only allowed to use the pool once a day.

Size of room, Amazing. However could use a microwave considering theres not sit down breakfast spot on the resort. Some sort of breakfast place would be beneficial since there isn't one around local. Only option Starbucks which is quite pricey

Can't wait to do again. The only thing I would work on is the food. There isn't many options. So if you can bring food or stop and get something. Overall it's a great Hotel.

Very nice hotel. Quite modern with all new amenities. Lots of parking (free). Only issue is that there is no equipment (buggies) of any kind to place your luggage on. We didn’t need any as we only had overnight bags but it can be quite a walk from the parking lot (indoor and outdoor) if you have more luggage than we had. Main entrance where you can drop off passengers and luggage is not well identified.

The hydro went out which isn’t that fault of the hotel but the customer service I received when I called to ask a question was disgusting. The lady on the other end told me she would call me back with an answer to my question and before hanging up the phone l made rude comments to her coworker about me and laughing! She also never called me back! She demonstrated that their really only true worries are about the ****** and the concert venue so unless that is why you are going I suggest looking else where because she showed they had zero interest in helping the guests who were there for the other amenities like the pool and hot tub! We were stuck in our room all night without light! Leaving us with nothing to do because the generator went to running the ******! Not a friendly place for people uninterested in the ******!

The power went out for hours and we were only compensated $10 for the inconvenience. Disappointed for sure.
