Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.

The room looks differently as on the picture. Dark, small and very noisy since our room was right in front of the street. Under the bed there were very many ”surprises”, as probably no one has cleaned it right. Personal was still very nice and friendly. Wifi was MEGA bad. If you travel business then better in another hotel. Eating was so. Sorry, there is no hot chocolate.

What a great ”hotel gem”. Soothing unlike all the same chain hotels. Modern, on old trimmed rooms. Everywhere the certain ”extra” and above all a really great service. It was a pleasure :)
The hotel is on King's Avenue, a veteran five-star hotel in Germany, decorated upscale. There are many types of breakfast, freshly squeezed juice is delicious, you can order the Benidorm eggs made in the picture. Even if it is such an expensive five-star hotel, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the case in Europe.
There is a park next to it and the scenery is very good.
The hotel is very good, the location for the day Dusseldorf is more than good. Internal parking is a little small for a SUV, but it's good that the possibility is there.
We had a standard room, these are small. Furthermore, all the facilities were available which you need. All of them we recommend this hotel.
The service was a bit out of reach and there was no free water and usb socket in the room. If your partner comes to live, remember to bring a conversion plug! Facilities are good
This is the most expensive hotel in Europe. I had a good expectation and finally endless disappointment.
Because it is the European Cup to see the ball, this hotel belongs to the Hyatt Group. I trust Hyatt very much and set a suite. I encountered a few problems and gave you lightning protection:
1 This hotel is a court renovation, very special, so when entering the door, the luggage is all on the porch guy and himself to carry it up, my luggage is very heavy, I think this is very unreasonable and very laborious.
2 I booked a twin executive suite, neither gave a twin bed, the hotel did not set an executive floor. Finally told me that the room was full and could not be adjusted. I offered to give me an extra bed to solve the problem.
3 Cleaning is not reliable. There is a bed in the bedroom, it is not clean, and the dead fly under the pillow on the bedside is disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and did not compensate. Still Trip reliable, compensated me for a few hundred dollars and expressed my heart. I think a hotel is so poor in hygiene, and it is difficult to do well.
4 breakfast food is moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess.
5 Poor breakfast service. The service staff has a bad attitude and ignores it. This is something other hotels have not encountered at all, this hotel is particularly obvious.
6 The restaurant is not used on the day of the game. 7.6 On the game day, before we went to see the ball, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before we set off. The result told me that the restaurant is not used, the reason is unknown!
If this hotel is 2000 a night, I think it is fine, that is the standard. Please, this is a hotel of more than 6,000 for 9 nights, this service level is too bad!
Especially dead flies, moldy fruits, disgusting home! Please boycott this hotel and don't go!

Very Good
GGuest UserSituated right next to the train station and was abit noisy with the hustle and bustle.
Rooms were smaller than we expected but with it seemingly more like a business hotel, it then makes sense.
We were told we had to set up our own sofa bed and put the linen on ourselves. Odd since it was supposed to be a full serviced hotel.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay.
The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel.
One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.
KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.
DdfnbSuper clean and cute hotel! Room was very comfortable the only minus was the lack of a refregirator and a kettle. Hotel is 10min walking distance to Dusseldorf Hbf station and 5 mins walking distance to the metro. Very nice experience overall!
GGuest UserThe hotel's gym is too small, but everything else is OK. It is very close to the city center and there is a park next to it where you can take a walk 🚶🏻♂️
GGuest UserLocation in 30 minutes walk from the center.
There is no capsule coffee machine in the room, strange for this level of the hotel. The bathroom has no hair conditioner. In general the hotel is pulled on a good crack, but not more. I will not stop in it anymore, expensive for this level of service.
CCcalcfHotel is located less than 5 mins from Düsseldorf central train station. Train stations have few eateries like bakeries , Nordsee, pub like restaurant, DM to grab some food for the train ride.
Continental Breakfast is also provided with room and is served from 0630- 1000.
Basic amenities provided. Remember to pack your toothbrush, body moisturiser.
There is a heater in the room, great for the winter season.
There is no air conditioner for the summer.
You can open the window.
JJethro.THighly recommended Dusseldorf hotel! The front desk staff is very polite, warm and thoughtful. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute walk from Dusseldorf Train Station, with a superior location and convenient transportation. The hotel is also very new, clean and tidy with a sense of design. The rest environment in the lobby is also very good!
