Inn at Arbor Ridge Hotel and Conference Center

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, it was quiet and the air conditioning heating was perfect. There were a few details missing - no toilet paper holder, some wear and tear on the floors, stained carpet in the hallway. It worked well for us because of the location but was a bit run-down. The hotel staff was very pleasant and responsive.

Do not stay here! I was in 2 rooms since the tv did not work in the first room they put me in. Both rooms were extremely dilapidated- water stains and mold on the ceilings, chipping and peeling paint, rust everywhere, filthy carpets that I was afraid to walk on with bare feet, a hole in the wall of the shower that was covered with tape, etc. I couldn’t believe how bad it was considering how much the room cost. I thought all the rooms looked like this but as I was checking out housekeeping was cleaning rooms with the doors open and I looked in about 6 other rooms, every other room I saw was freshly renovated. I asked about getting a refund since my room was disgusting but the hotel rejected my request. I would not recommend this hotel but if you do decide to book make sure to ask for a renovated room and specifically not rooms 106 or 212.

Very durty. Stains on carpet water damge ceiling. Rust paint peeling of doors. Spots on towels.

Mini fridge and microwave provided in the room. But it did not have either a hair dryer or toothpaste. Coffee not in room but available near check in. The ceiling in 205 needs a paint job as there are water stains and what appears to be mud? spattered on it. Walls bare of any pictures. The check out clerk was unable to answer when $100 incidental charge for 2 rooms would be reapplied to charge card.

This is an polder hotel but it is very quiet and fairly clean. The front desk personnel was very polite and nice. For the price I paid in this foliage season it has a great value. The room was clean. I would suggest the owner to put some handles in the bathtub or at least to have some slippery prevention stuff to prevent people fall from the tub. I would use this place again if I have a trip to this area.

Bathroom Not clean , tv didn’t work , mildew on the shower head .

After driving all day, we were tired. I’m guessing the desk clerk was new or just not customer service oriented. The first thing she said was our credit card was declined. We had already paid thru you guys and since we had another hotel for the next day and it wasn’t declined. We knew that she wa wrong. She was having trouble checking us in. I am very allergic. When we went to the room I smelled smoke. I am very very sensitive. So I went to the clerk right away and told her we needed another room. They had these taped doors that said this room is santited. On our floor there were many that were broken and it was late. She either was told not to help us or just didn’t want to. I slept with a mask on all night. They looked like they were in a middle of a renovation. There was no deadlock on the door which was very disturbing. There was damage tile in front of the a/c but I wouldn’t let my husband put it on because smoke smell circulates when the a/c is one so we put the windows open. Also I woke up at 4 apparently the refrigerator make these loud noises. After that I just had to listen to the sound it finally went away and then before we left at about 6:30 am it started up again. This is a cheap priced hotel. The beds are comfortable. I just don’t know why this front desk clerk was so sour.

there is lots of peeling paint all over window sill. There are water and black mold stains on the wall and ceiling. The towel racks have an abundance of rust and the hallway smells of urine

Tv had wires missing so that the cable box nor the TV would turn on. There were potholes on the parking lot property which damaged my vehicles tires
