Worst hotel ever ..I booked 2 queens bed room . But they offered me 1 kings bed room . Because I checked in late ….Ridiculous.. never come back again .

I went there for a conference. The location is great as it’s close to New York and a shopping mall with the amazing Paradox Museum, restaurants, etc. All was fine.

The locostion is conveninent and there is a big parking lot. Inside the rooms are quite old and the heating system is noisy.
The bathroom in general is old and would need to be renovated.

Had a incredible experience at the hotel. Front seat was really respectful and always helped me with any question I had. One of the front desk employee named Areej guided me and told me about tourist area around the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you so much
