Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

The hotel's hardware facilities are OK, the only drawback is that even the unlimited speed internet is charged, and the most important thing is that the internet is still very stuck after paying, and the signal in the room is also very poor

The room is very average, and the transportation is not very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel has no gym or swimming pool. It can only be said to be a very cheap choice in London

The transportation is quite convenient, the hotel restaurant environment and food are good, but the cleaning room must be arranged by the front desk.

Yes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

The environment is comfortable and quiet, and you have to tap your card to go upstairs, so you feel safe.
24 hours check in, convenient and fast. 😊

The location of the hotel is very important top us, the room is clean and adequate, the car park is needed and safe. The buffet breakfast is really good, apart from no dairy free butter for toast in the mornings, despite catering for allergies. Super market 400 meters away and corner shop right there, but when you sit down on the first morning, you can't leave kids whilst you run off to find df butter. The had this on our previous stay though.

Wasn’t sure when first seen building but fab inside. Staff were amazing, every time I met one of the staff she used my first name as a hi, or did you enjoy your meal Susan? Rooms spotless, staff friendly, not that far from central London. The bus runs every few minutes then few stops and tube to central London. It is worth the saving.

I stay in premier inns all the time for work but this one was bad, even for premier inn standards. Service is shocking. One person manning restaurant. Parking area is extremely poorly designed. Having to pay for parking. Getting told on your third night there that you have to book for dinner before 8:30pm being refused entry when the restaurant is empty every single night. Currently writing this with 7 other people in the restaurant. Breakfast poorly cooked, soggy and lukewarm. At least the TV worked.

Pity was only here for one night as we were passing through London. A great hotel and in particular the lady who checked us in and the lady who took care of us at dinner were simply outstanding and made our stay very memorable. We booked three rooms for the night and we had a great and wonderful night of rest followed by a lovely breakfast before checking out. Thank you for a great stay and my compliments to your very kind and wonderful staff who are excellent at their jobs.

The staff especially Joaquim who went out of his way to sort out my mix-up over the meal deal were very professional and helpful. Dinner was well prepared and served by friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. I couldn't have asked for more from this west London hotel.

The hotel was unclear; the room was noisy - air-conditioned, cold room and in bad shape. Poor breakfast - without any real choice and vegetables. Problems with working room keys. The hotel is not suitable for its rating. It was not value for money.

Booked and paid for 3 nights in advance for a uni weekend. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled the first night but I couldn’t let the hotel reception know as they didn’t answer the phone. I eventually gave up trying to let them know after 13 phone calls, just letting the phone ring out. As a result I couldn’t get there for the first night and they marked me down as a no show. When I arrived on the Saturday night after a day of delays and travelling due to bad weather, I arrived to be met by a staff member on reception who was void of any empathy or understanding. She told me that I didn’t have a secured reservation and that they had given my room away. Despite 20 minutes of showing her my invoice from premier inn saying I had paid, and also my bank account showing the payment going out, she told me that I would have to pay again. I told her that I wouldn’t pay again but she was fairly persistent. Eventually she believed me and put me into the only room left in site. Unfortunately it had the foulest smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. It was so strong that I to put both plugs in the sink and bath and keep the door closed. On the Sunday morning, I was told that the problem had been resolved. I asked why the phone hadn’t been answered when I had called so many times to let them know my plans had changed and I was told that they do not answer the reception phone when they are fully booked. Essentially, you can’t contact them to ask for directions, change of plans, or general enquires not related to bookings. On the Sunday night I was woken by noisy guests twice, once while shouting outside at 2am and then again at 3am when someone was banging on my door. As a solo female, I felt quite vulnerable. The staff in the restaurant weren’t pleasant enough on the Sunday night.

As always we had a lovely warm welcome from the staff and the check in was quick and simple. We got the door card and went to our room. When we walked in we were surprised by the slight lingering smell of smoke and the thick layer of dust on the grid above our heads. As we went into the room there was chewing gum and various other questionable stains in the carpet and the bathroom was full of black mould and grime. Definitely not what you expect from a Premier Inn as they are usually our first choice. This location seems to lack a bit of care around the hotel after you go through the main locked doo which takes you to the bedrooms corridors.
