friendly staff Bedberg appears, but we changed rooms. It was all right. The breakfast was delicious.

Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

The hotel's hardware facilities are OK, the only drawback is that even the unlimited speed internet is charged, and the most important thing is that the internet is still very stuck after paying, and the signal in the room is also very poor

The room is very average, and the transportation is not very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel has no gym or swimming pool. It can only be said to be a very cheap choice in London

Yes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

The environment is comfortable and quiet, and you have to tap your card to go upstairs, so you feel safe. 24 hours check in, convenient and fast. 😊

Where to begin!! Firstly people smoking **** right outside the building who were staying in the Premier inn, they got in the lift and it stunk!! We asked for more towels as there was only one small towel & one large… we were given one large and were told it’s one small towel between 2 ( ridiculous) There was only one spare pillow for a double bed… We found a sock under a chair & mould on the wall… Our room is right next to the main door where people bang the door constantly!!! Not sure about the restaurant yet!! Definitely won’t be back and will be complaining to the Head Office!!

Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable place to stay in safe area of London. Being out of the centre it is reasonably priced and near to bus stop for easy connections to other parts of London. Short bus trip to Hendon Central tube station which gets you into central London in around 30 minutes. Breakfast is great and peaceful restaurant. WiFi was good too, didn’t keep dropping out. Highly recommend.

HORENDOUS, RUDE COMPANY/STAFF I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH. TRIED TO BOOK ONLINE CAME TO PAY IT INCREASED 50%, PHONED FOR EXPLANATION SAID THEY WOULD HONOUR ORIGINAL PRICE AND PHONE BACK, NOTHING!! , NEXT DAY NOTHING, AFTER MANY NON RETURNED CALLS FINALLY GOT THROUGH , WOULD NOT EXPLAIN OR HONOUR PRICE AGAIN PROMISED MANAGER/SUPERVISOR TO CALL BACK ...AGAIN NOTHING... FOR ME LIARS / SCAMMERS???. LET DOWN TO THE PREMIER IN CHAIN ,

I stay at this hotel a lot and it's always clean & comfortable. The beds are really comfy, the shower is a good power shower. There is tea/coffee making facilities and you can get milk alternatives at reception if you need them. The breakfast selection is good, the hot food is regularly topped up & there are plenty of pastries/cereal etc. The staff are always friendly & helpful and even when you arrive late at night there is someone around.

It was a great hotel, the beds were very comfortable, the room and the bathroom were clean. I liked that the shower had a screen rather than a curtain. There were plenty of sockets in the room to charge up our devices. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and good value for money.

To sum it up, the staff were quite rude and not helpful, it was hard to find staff at the reception, the room smelt of cigarettes as soon as we got in and the smell was even stronger from the air vents the next morning. The only good thing I can say is that I had a good sleep but that’s most likely from 6 hours on trains and a long day of travelling around and exploring. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at other premier inns before which have been quite pleasant (for the small price) however this specific hotel was just really scatty and bad.

I was looking forward to staying at the premier inn in Hendon, but I became upset when I went into bathroom. No plug was by the sink. Shower was difficult to get the right temperature and the plastic curtain in the bathroom wasn't nice. Struggled to get into the bath for a shower. We arrived late check-in in that i forgot to say at check-in that i wanted the room cleaned. I saw a cleaner and said can you please clean our room. When we came back late to our room. It wasn't cleaned. Not happy about that. There was only one side table by the bedside and not both. No ironing board or iron. Disappointed about my stay.
