prefect location .. but we don’t use dollar in hotel☹️

The worst Conrad Hotel in the world. It stated on website that hotel is newly opened in 2022 which means brand new hotel rooms & facilities but it fact it is the most awful hotel I’ve ever stayed and it is overpriced. The tiles in bathroom are extremely dirty with black stains, hotel room smells like rotten veggie, all hotel staffs are rule. Upon my arrival around 1pm, receptionist greeted me with long faces, no welcoming gesture, asking me whether check in or out. If check in come back at 3pm coz they were fully booked. Although room changed but a pair of used slipper was placed inside the room. No adaptor available, all these requests are normal in international chain hotel. In Conrad Shanghai seems demanding. This hotel is not able to meet Conrad hotel standard, not even local hotel chain standard. It was like sleeping under the train coz the aircon was very noise. Never recommend it to anyone. And I doubt all the positive comments from other users. Why am I so “lucky”?

The room size very comfortable for one person! The location is so good … super convenient! Have a city view! Perfect trip!

Very good location

I am disappointed with the overall negative experience. The room cleanliness is poor, with dust on the bath amenities and wrinkled bed sheets. The housekeeping runner was efficient and polite, offering extra amenities proactively. However, the call center agent's wording could be improved. The Front Office officer did not make me feel sincerely welcome during check-in. My expectations were high as it is a Hilton group hotel.

big room, good location, but everytime we ask DiDi to pick up location was not accurate in DiDi app

Located in a rather old area? Looks like the room is rennovated, but the washroom is designed as open style, I think not that convenient, and the space is not big enough.

The food is good but service in the restaurant is so so. The waiter are very very green.

The hotel room is nice and clean. The location is very easy to go around

location is close by our office in a walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Can take a cup of coffee to go.

Very good, except that you need to change lift in between to access certain rooms.

Corner room was really small, lacking of storage area and seating space. Staff attitude was very flat - Conceirge, check in and restaurant ones except the cleaning ladies 😜 Do not recommend this hotel with abundance of other choices.
