The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You're right on a pedestrian street and next to People's Square metro station, with tons of shopping mall restaurants around, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to Janet, who provided exceptional service – she was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and super responsive! The room was comfortable, the bedding clean and soft, and the view was beautiful. For this price, the quality you get is amazing value for money. Conrad Shanghai will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shanghai. Highly recommend!

The high-level views are fantastic, and the front desk staff, especially Ivy, Quain-G, and Jack, were very welcoming and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Overlooking downtown Shanghai from the room, the window view is absolutely beautiful.

Freya, Rick, and Jack provided excellent service. The hotel's location is great, the lounge offers delicious food, and the breakfast is fantastic. There's also a Haidilao hotpot downstairs that's open 24/7, so you can grab a meal anytime. Overall, the amenities are really good.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You step right out onto Nanjing West Road pedestrian street, right in the heart of Huangpu District. Getting around by taxi is super convenient. The hotel's buffet offers a huge variety of choices, and the staff's service is excellent, especially Ivy, Quain-G, and Echo.

Lily Diana Quain G - These three ladies were wonderful during my stay! They not only walked me to the elevator but also explained the lounge benefits and hours, and even gave me several small gifts. They are truly excellent staff. And Aria, she helped me store my luggage after checkout.

The experience was great from the moment i checked in with my mom until we checked out. Also, we got an upgrade to a suite and it was wonderful. Such a lovely friendly staff, great service, and amazing location. I would like to thank Leo, Ivy, Quain-G, Echo, and Kyrie. Thank you Conrad for the hospitality and the gift.
