設施：破爛不堪，根本對不起245元的價格，三十度的高温天氣，酒店的空調用不了，打電話叫客服人員，客服説空調的開關在樓道，也沒有給開，晚上睡覺頭髮能熱濕、熱醒，就給客人這樣的入住體驗。千萬不要住，在便宜都不要住，就算降價促銷也不要住。電梯很恐怖，特別爛，感覺隨時要壞，被控電梯裏。
衞生：衞生一般，都不給主動提供一次性拖鞋，打電話要才給，就讓客人穿可以二次利用的拖鞋，難道我們客人就怕染上腳氣，你作為店主就是這樣為客人考慮與服務的，無良商家。
環境：樓下週邊環境有綠化，但是公交出行不方便，步行三百米到對面馬路才有超市，可以買到食品，而且酒店都不提供兩瓶水，一般小酒店都提供兩瓶免費的礦泉水。
服務：老闆，一般，不是很熱情。想不明白，價格這麼貴，掙這麼昧良心的錢，你的店，你的生意能好嘛！
這樣的店根本不像是開在鄂爾多斯市的店，這個設施這個價位以下這個圖片的房間，影響鄂爾多斯的形象。

真是老的不能再老的酒店了，破破爛爛，衞生無法提，因為床單被罩，毛巾浴巾，節約成本都是破洞➕污漬它是洗不出來了，旅遊季節大晚上隨便住的，我出差路過，內蒙大小城市旗縣的都住過，所以這個酒店就是那種不需要回頭客的酒店！！！

設施簡直不要太差，所有東西都陳舊的不能再陳舊。房間味道太大難聞一股臭味，沒有一次性拖鞋，床單還是縫的補丁，這是有多會過？洗漱用品是最次最次的，沒有熱水，沒有空調（房間開關就是個假的）好不容易再三呼叫保安用他們指定遙控開開了，沒一會就關了沒把人熱死。不是很愉快的入住經歷，因為

首先呢 我11點去的時候前台沒有人 是保安代理的 ，而且態度極其不友好 好像欠他似的，然後開了房住了 本想洗個手 開了一個水龍頭，那個水管又老化 破了 水都溢到房間了 灑了一地...環境這麼差 不想再住了 要求退房還不讓退 反正體驗特別不好！！！
