We booked into this hotel for our son and daughter in laws wedding on the 2nd of April this year. It had been booked for a year with promises the hotel would have a full make over before the wedding. What a sorry state of repair it was in. We booked Royal Suite Two. We got taken to our Suite only to find work men working in it, they left, with the room looking like it had not been cleaned. There was sign of refurbishment like we were promised. The patio area had no sign of being cleaned. No cutlery or even a kettle in the room until we went and complained. We stayed in the same hotel last year to see if it was suitable for the wedding and had no complaints apart from the need of refurbishment which we were assured would be completed but this clearly hadn’t even been started. Breakfast was cold every morning even after complaints, wouldn’t recommend going here.

La vue des chambres avec terrasse sur la mer est magique et le petit déjeuner parfait. Néanmoins notre chambre était vraiment vieillotte ( je reconnais que sur les photos ca semble chouette mais la réalité est autre ) et l'insonorisation est inexistante. Cela génère donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore puisque l'on entend les gens parler dehors, les voisins du dessus marcher ... La climatisation qui était allumée à notre arrivée dysfonctionnait et envoyait un air très chaud. Nous avons du changer du chambre. Le réceptionniste nous avait précisé qu'en cas de besoin nous pouvions appelé le 9. Mais le gag c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de téléphones dans les chambres. L'hôtel propose un parking payant à l'intérieur du site. Je conseille vraiment d'avoir un véhicule car il n'y a rien à proximité

This place is a gem! The view from our room was so breathtaking, we didn't leave for a whole day. There is a mini-kitchen in the room (no oven) and we just chilled, playing cards, with the spectacular view. It looks like you had to bring your own towels to the pool, and bring headphones (no music), and drinks (no service). As long as you are prepared for the pool, you are good to go for an amazing getaway with an unbelievable view! We LOVED it!

It’s a beautiful resort very picturesque, the only problem is that there wasn’t a shop so we couldn’t buy any drinks, kettle was €20 per day, no hot drinks or water in the room, the bar service was late opening, sometimes we had to chase staff to serve us. It’s a hot place and not having a drinking service station is not safe especially for the children. It would have been a perfect 10 if the pool bar was open. One day it didn’t open until 2 but said 12 and breakfast finished at 10:30 so there’s no where to get a drink

From the time we walked on the property we were transferred back in time. It was like being in a Spanish town 100 years ago. Our room was amazing and the view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. I will be back, and keep returning to this beautiful oasis. You are just minutes from amazing beaches with clear waters. (Rocky beach hard on the feet). The service was phenomenal.

The best looking hotel I have stayed in it’s like being in a Spanish village and the only hotel I have ever been back to and would go again the only thing I would say negative about this hotel is it’s a bit out the way from the town but a bus comes every hour it would be best to hire a car we went in October and it was so peaceful and so clean and tidy well done👍

Excellent views from balcony, including a drape to provide some shade during the day. Could easily spend many hours enjoying the view. Pool is right outside the door (unit 8) and restaurants are nearby. Unit could benefit from some maintenance, entry door handle out of adjustment, deck board broken, bathroom tiles need grout cleaned.

Very nice resort with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The resort is somewhat isolated though so a car is needed if you want to go for activites.

Firstly I'd like to say this place is absolutely stunning and looks like a quaint little village. As we arrived at 2am we were taken to our room and as we opened the door to the balcony ( which was so tiny, you couldn't stand on it) I was staring at wall. We went back down the hill and paid €60 to upgrade to a pool view balcony. The breakfast in the morning was freezing cold, I asked for a fresh egg and she just pointed for me to pick up the cooked ones. The omelettes and eggs were freezing. This place is very hilly and there was no supermarket onsite or even near by to buy drinks. The pool bar was only open 1 day out of our 7 day stay and if you went to get a drink from the restaurant bar you had to chase the staff or wait at least 20 minutes as my husband did twice (not the staffs fault as they were run off their feet) . We caught the bus and train a couple of times which was also essential to get supplies for your room as it was way too hot to wait around for drinks. We were not told when we arrived that the pool bar would be closed and was even given a map and on there it stated it was open from 12 till 12 !!! Our room was amazing and have to say well done to the cleaners who came in every day with clean towels etc !! Overall a lovely holiday which would have had 5 stars 🌟 but let down by obvious management decisions. The staff were very polite and cheerful but obviously more staff needed for this beautiful place to function properly.

A blissful view out over the Mediterranean Sea, ready to enjoy from the balcony patio. There is a curtain to provide some shade for the table and chairs if you wish. Each building is different and feels like you are living in a small village.

We had a sea view suit yes view from the terrace is spectacular. But let me tell you terrace itself is beat up old they never came to wipe a table on terrace on sun beds. Rooms are very old, door to terrace won’t close too old. Plenty for flies, mosquitos and cockroaches in the kitchen. For 5 days stay they never change a bedding. It’s located on the cliff steep walks you can’t walk with baby stroller impossible to climb, besides the pathway is cobblestone. Place need a major renovation. Restaurants by the hotel disgusting don’t go there. Get a breakfast and go eat somewhere else.

It’s too far and doesn’t have a direct beach. You need to walk 15 minutes to get to the room. Breakfast ok.

Mon séjour était très bien, mes filles étaient satisfaite du confort et des activités proposées, pas de soucis de communication. Les services proposés sont également très bien.
