Fantastic hotel! Lovely, clean pool and beach area. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The shuttle from the airport was very easy and the staff were friendly.

Highly recommended, the food, the place and the staff are superB.

Near to airport

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, but you need to take a tutu to go to danwtown. Breakfast is average.

Still clean

Stay was excellent! People were very very friendly and kind, from frontdesk, to dining to housekeeping and all other staff. Resort is well maintained. Clean. Very cozy. Food was great. Good selection of meals. Will definitely come back to stay.

Stayed here with my partner to celebrate her birthday but little did she know that I was planning to propose here as well. Requested Huni for help in putting a setup and what they made was just beyond what I was expecting. It looked like it was made by an actual professional stylist/designer! Not only that, since my photographer cancelled on me hours before the proposal, they even went above and beyond to take the photos for me and they were just as great (see samples). I now have a fiancée! This is a late review but I'd like to express my most sincere gratitude to everyone from Huni who took part in making this possible. Special thanks to Joan, Dante, Rizaline, Jimuel for putting everything together and for being the nicest and the warmest throughout our stay. And of course to Sir Dan for the beautiful photos.

Love the place. Best service and experience. Will stay here when I get a chance to comeback. Near restaurants, ATM, and beach by the hotel. Great and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everybody is friendly. Access to everything. Nice and clean hotel and white beach.

Room is very spacious and the staff there are very accommodating. Place is very peaceful and not that crowded if you go out to take a walk. It's very near the airport, although it's far away from the town proper, we rented a car and it's very convenient as we were able to explore more about el nido.

I planned a trip for my family of 7 to El Nido. So was looking for a reasonable priced hotel. This hotel could offer that plus it provides free breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast also had many options not only Filipino but western food too. And the view was just perfect! The location of this hotel was also great. There’s many restaurants very close walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 5 star was I think they can improve the cleaning. I had a baby and I had to ask several times for them to clean our floors in room because my daughter would be crawling and her feet would be black. We do take off our shoes at the door. Also the bathroom was not very clean.

We had a great stay here at Huni lio hotel. It's situated right on Lio beach by far the best beach in the area and right close to all the nice restaurants. You may have to travel for night life. The staff was very friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean. Area was fairly quiet. Over all a great experience here. If i could change anything about this hotel would be to add a large shade over top of the pool area.

We stayed in one of their deluxe rooms and we can’t fault them with anything. All the staffs were hospitable. We arrived around 1pm and were allowed early check in. We then had an early flight back but they made sure that we can have breakfast first before they dropped us off to the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive. Amenities wise, they are clean and comfy. We felt like we stayed in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was awesome and had variety during our stay. Surely we’ll be back here.

Huni Lio is a cute hotel in paradise. It’s location in the Lio ***** is great, very close to the airport, close enough to walk to the other restaurants and to the beach, but far enough that it is peaceful and away from the loud noises and crowds. We have received excellent service from everyone starting from when we got picked up from the airport. Their front desk concierge, Rubick is also amazing and our group is very grateful to him. First, he helped put our group closer together as their main office did not pass on our request to them. Secondly, Airswift delayed our flight to late at night, so we would have been stuck aimlessly without a room with AC and shower for hours, but he was able to help us deal with Airswift so we had rooms that served as reprieve from the heat, especially with little kids. Excellent service that went above and beyond. All the other staff were also friendly and always provided service with a smile. Their pool area is beautiful as well and not crowded at all. We have enjoyed our stay in paradise and will definitely try to come back as soon as we can.
