The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many supporting facilities in the nearby business district. There is no restriction on swiping cards in hotel elevators, anyone can drive straight in and feel insecure.
The side facing the road goes to the highway, and the noise is not completely isolated.
On the evening of the 29th, the hotel had a power outage without prior notice. I waited for more than 2 hours in the dark before calling, and I didn't get any explanation or apology from the hotel.

Very happy stay The hotel is located in a small town near San Francisco. The town is quiet and beautiful. The coastline in the distance can be seen outside the hotel window. There are many beautiful shops near the hotel. It is a good place to eat, live and go shopping.

Great location, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and right off the highway.
The staff are friendly and the service is good.
Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can order from a menu, and it was delicious! I recommend it.

The room was so nice, we got the suite, its just that the water isnt hot enough for a shower in my opinion, its not cold but definitely not warm or hot enough, it was ok for my boyfriend but not for me. also it will be better if the bed was facing the bridge but not the other way, cause now once we sleep we only see buildings but not the bridge or the bay, kinda like a waste once we hit the bed

We consider this motel in Oakland area a very good choice of value-for-money, if you want to avoid staying in very small (and worn-out) motel rooms in downtown San Francisco. We had a rental car, so driving to downtown San Francisco (or in fact anywhere) was not a problem at all. The motel provides free parking. This motel was renovated just two years ago, rooms are reasonably sized and kept very clean. If you want to use public transport, the motel is only 15-minute's walk from the nearest BART. Service at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The only drawback about this motel is its neighborhood it is located in......you will want to take care if you want to walk the streets at night.
