It’s a good inn. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a valuable place to stay. However, my living building doesn't have an elevator and the poor Wi-Fi.

The person in the room above me was bouncing a basketball very loudly from 5am-8:30am, which didn’t allow a peaceful environment to sleep in. The front desk was of no help.

Great value hotel. Looks recently renovated, plenty of free parking. Walking distance to many University of Oregon sites. Excellent free (hot) breakfast. Would not hesitate to return - highly recommended.

Needed an elevator or person to help with luggage as I had a recent knee injury and my cat companion can't lift herself.but room,staff, breakfast location we're great! Above my normal price range.

I wanted to change rooms from the detached building to the main building, but was told I had to cancel via 3rd party (*******) and rebook. To me that is ridiculous. You're getting paid for a 'room' just let me know how much extra it would be to change, and let me decide. Also heard desk clerk tell someone to call 3rd party booking agent instead of helping. Don't book with them if you're not able to help the customer.

The lobby area is newer and way nicer. We were in the Franklin building which is like an older apartment building. The stairs smelled like vomit.

Needed a place to stay due to the 2024 springfield blackout. Quiet, clean rooms, great breakfast, great pool, and amazing staff. Beyond satisfied with my stay here.

This was a mixed bag but it was through no fault of the property Eugene had experienced horrible weather that resulted in power grid issues and the elevators were out of service due to them.
Also due the power outages none of dining establishments were available. So If you don't drive be sure to grab your meal before getting to the hotel if the weather is questionable.
I do have to commend the hotel for providing one of the best continental breakfasts I have experience complete with mini cheese omlets
