First, the clean staff knocked on my door and think was no people in the room that Open my door.
Second, I put the billboard on my door that said no clean service today, and then the clean staff also cleaned my room.

Very good, facing Lake Geneva, the environment is in the center of the town, it is very convenient to walk anywhere in the town, but the hotel is a bit old, and there is a peculiar smell in the aisle

Beautiful views across Lake Geneva in a cute sleepy town. The staff at the Hilton were so friendly - made sure the kids had games and coloring books. Bed was super comfy, rooms were very big. Wish we had used the spa - outdoor pool looked great too but obviously not open in February!

They whant make you to pay extras without inform you and they want to apply stictly rules without any sense of empathy against the hospitality good manners of the majority of hotels i've been around the world.
