how this place ever got given 5 stars is ridiculous. It’s so old and outdated it belongs in the ark. And to spend £350 a night for this place is a disgrace. I travel all my life and it’s just not up to scratch. We arrived to be told we couldn’t get breakfast it didn’t start till 8. I said we leave early each day and was told we could have cold food at 7.30. No attempt to do anything. Looks like It was last decorated in the 80’s and I’m honestly shocked how bad a hotel can be at that price. If my wife had been with me I’d have left. I’ll never stay again. No fridge in the room, no ac no extra blankets in the cupboard. Poor all round.

The Anacapri is a first class place to stay, great location, staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was scrumptious. Definitely going to return someday and highly recommended comfortable and clean hotel facility

Excellent holiday for me & my husband, very clean & cosy environment where I can see the see view. Walking distance to Falmouth town centre as well as got 10% off at harbour fish & chips place with fresh fish. Love the walk along the sea walk to town too, feel the fresh breeze and comfortable environment too. Very friendly staff in the hotel, brilliant breakfast too. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. I will scored it 100%

The time we stayed in the hotel was ok.great for the beach and not far from town .The bed was very big and comfortable,clean sheets and good duvet,there was a few cobwebs dangling down from the ceiling above bed near window .which my grandaughter saw 1st and did want to sleep on that side of the bed in case there was a spider..the bathroom was a good size and shower and toilet. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from cereals, toast,jams,marmalade, fruit juices,different milks to choose from too.fruit ,yogurts and choice of cooked breakfast from a menu,given to you night before to choose for breakfast next day. Bacon,eggs fried or scrambled poached,sausages,fish.really good choice which was lovely. Tea and coffee pleantful too.i would diffinately stay again . Very convenient 👌 place to stay. So near the beach and a carpark too for guest . Very pleasant stay.

Paint needed on the wall. Cobwebs on chandelier and ceiling. Had to wait 10mins at reception when I arrived as no one was there. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful when he arrived. Breakfast was fine. Bedroom was clean. Parking ok.

Really lovely little hotel, beautiful seaview room and amazing breakfast. Staff were super friendly too. Definitely recommend.

The staff were so kind, breakfast was most enjoyable and the views were outstanding. Loved there were board games to play and great outdoor seating.

We tried to cancel our stay and was not allowed to do so. The hotel was contacted to inform them that we would not be staying.
