整體還好，縣城中心，離鳳凰湖景區，工合紀念館幾百米，可以免費停車！
不好的就是衞生間的一次性馬桶套套墊，居然要收費！2元！也未明示告知！

設施：進了房間感覺是把超市搬到房間裏了，東西很多，什麼都要錢，連一盒抽紙都要錢。
衞生：衞生還可以。
環境：環境也還不錯。
服務：兩百多的房間不提供早餐，鳳縣街上賣早餐的很少，幾户看不見，很不方便。

真是一次體驗感非常差的酒店前台，開房辦理手續的時候就非常慢，真心很奇怪，開4個房間按金要分開付，單子要分開打，一張一張簽字，真心差勁，前台這樣辦理入住我還是第一次體驗，最少搞了半個小時，最無語的是今天早上退房，又是這樣慢的老火，開發票又搞了半天，問我多少錢，你查不來嘛，我記得住4個房間一共多少錢嘛，搞心情。最最無語的是退按金，我説沒退，非説退了，叫我自己查，這個態度真的絕了，最後查到有個房間沒有給我退房，所有按金沒有退，請問你們前台是不是沒有培訓過
