The people here were really lovely. We caught a cab here from the train station, and the driver wasn't sure exactly where they were located so he called them and they met us up at the road (not far from the hotel but appreciated). They saw our big bags and upgraded us to the ground level room so we didn't have to lug our bags up stairs. When we left they helped take our bags up to the road and flagged down a taxi to take us to the train station. The location is great, being in the centre of the old town. It's also really close to the tower, making it easy to figure out how to get back to your room. Our room overlooked the river and we had a little balcony, where we had some tea. Everything was nice and clean. I'd recommend staying here if going to Phoenix ancient town

The room is nice, the view is especially good, the proprietress is very welcoming, they also have photography service for you, we didn't make any travel guide when we came here, the proprietress helped us with all the travel guides and we didn't make any mistakes, next time I have a chance to come here, I will stay at this hotel.
