Finally, a hotel in Italy with AC! The location is great, with a bridge connecting the airport, train station, and the hotel. I deducted one star because I received amenities for only one person, despite my reservation being for two.
It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Provided excellent customer service and were attentive to all of our needs.
Only 10 minutes from the airport.
However it is far from the centre and transport to the centre is extremely expensive so do bear that in mind.
Going to the centre and coming back can cost up to €100 euros daily.
But the staff and the hotel were excellent.
The hotel is strategically located and has an airport bus to pick you up.
Clean and hygienic, complete facilities, warm and thoughtful reception staff
Very suitable for friends who need to overcome jet lag when transferring or getting off the plane.
I went abroad with my colleagues to visit the hotel where the client was staying. The overall environment and hygiene are okay. It is also relatively close to the client company and convenient for travel. Hotel service is also okay.
Hotels in the form of airbnb, 95% prefer airbnb B&Bs. I haven't stayed here in the past few years, so I made a hasty decision and wanted to rest for a few hours before boarding my flight. B&Bs are very different from hotels. I didn't read the check-in requirements carefully, so I was a little confused when I was told that the check-in time was later than the specified check-in time the next day. Overall it's good, the environment is nice and clean, but I just can't come here with the mentality of staying in a hotel. The boss is also very good, but her English is not very good and there will be communication difficulties. Later, she called her son who speaks English well. But mistakes caused by communication will be said...
If you are self-driving, you can accept the B&B recommendation here, but when it comes to car booking and other information, it is recommended to communicate with the boss's son. Close to the airport but not noisy. If you are like me and only want to stay here for a few hours, it is not recommended. Take a taxi from T2 for 25 euros one way without bargaining, and the journey takes less than 5 minutes. 50 euros round trip. I took a taxi from T1 to the city and it only cost about 100. To sum up, it is not recommended for friends who need to travel like this.
The puppies are so cute! ! Super cute!
