What I didn't like was the unfortunate incident of the early morning (2 a.m.) desk clerk's response to my request for a wake-up call. His reply was, "We do not do wake-up calls. That's why we put an alarm clock in your. room." As I travel extensively, I have experienced that every hotel has alarm clocks in guest rooms and also provide wake-up call service. Also, at this particular hotel, a wake-up call button was on the keypad of the telephone.
This was only my second visit to Rocky Gap Resort and my overall experience has been wonderful.
