If you need anything, you can call the front desk and they won't provide it. To prevent discrimination from the waiter at breakfast, we sat down first. The white people next to us arrived later, and the waiter wanted to give our chairs to the table next to us. I told him in a very stern tone that we came first, so why should we give up our chairs to them? The waiter had to leave.

This hotel we booked on short notice was such a pleasant surprise. The whole hotel is like a big manor, it feels like traveling back in time and living in a palace. We initially booked a suite with a garden, but because the duplex was inconvenient, we later changed to a villa suite. We had to book a villa suite, it was so beautiful and different. Although the room change cost an extra 100 euros, it was worth it!

This is the manor of the duchess, overlooking the emerald green, the scenery is too beautiful. The daily breakfast is very rich, all of which are local specialties, and the meat is self-made with blades, which is very good. Live a little cramped. There is also a dispenser for wine tasting, which is fun. That's great. Bought 2 bottles. There is a shuttle bus to the city, which is really the first choice for Fei Lengcui. The waiters are very friendly.

The hotel is also an old house in an olive tree on the mountain. The rooms are relatively old, but the living is relatively comfortable. This place can only be reached by car, otherwise, the breakfast room would be too inconvenient.

We stayed at the ground floor. The room had windows with shutters that can not be opened. So we couldn’t see daylight. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The photos doesn’t match with the room nor the reception area. The hotel is a little far away from the town. You surely can get better rooms for this price.

The most beautiful, quiet peaceful place, breakfast buffet was great, the views are breathtaking, staff goes over and beyond, thank you Andrea, other guest friendly, everyone happy. Loved it want to return for a longer stay. Pool nice also

The stairs are steep and high, and no one will help you. The room is small, the suitcase cannot be fully opened, far from the attraction, 50 minutes walk. Breakfast is simple.

GGuest User整個酒店是用一座有幾百年歷史的古堡莊園改建而成，前面的綠地和游泳池部分有着無敵的俯瞰佛羅倫薩城的視野，早餐露台可以看到超美的陽光和莊園景觀～考慮到酒店所在建築的歷史年份以及維護難度，房間設施會顯得又些陳舊，裏面的文物傢俱都有明顯的陳年木質傢俱的味道，另外浴缸部分沒有遮水簾，容易撒到浴室裏。但是考慮到前台有求必應以及酒店的歷史感、外部風景，這些都可以暫時忽略～位置在山上，本地司機説這是整個佛羅倫薩城最好的生活區，但是上下山遊覽吃飯就需要一些體力，適合常住休假，但短期而且需要頻繁進程旅遊的話就建議認真考慮了哈。

YYouyanluTemporary hotel, absolutely all five stars, very suitable for friends with children traveling by car. Go to the attractions in Florence, you can park in the parking lot outside ztl. The little sister at the front desk was very Nice, warm and professional, sent us back to the room and told us all the details of the stay. The breakfast area is very quiet, the pool is loved by children... There is a very good restaurant at the intersection of the mountain. In short, everything is very good. Thank you very much for the staff here.
