When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it!
Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappoin**ent was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!

The room facilities are poor, there is no elevator, the corridor is narrow, you have to carry your luggage yourself when going up and down; the service is indifferent; the breakfast is expensive; not recommended

Overall, it was okay. The room was quite big, but the facilities were a bit old. It was inconvenient to drag my luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator. The food was good, breakfast and dinner were eaten at the hotel

Was a nice hotel to stay at for our days we were in Fort William. Convenient location, the hike up cow hill was right behind the hotel. On-site restaurant had delicious ice cream!

The hotel offers very few facilities other than rhe main and relatively expensiveimited menu. I could not park at the hotel but was directed to an unkept (glass and screws on ground) and unlit car parked across the road.
Room was very clean but my sleep was interrupted by the ac unit located directly abovr the headboard.
