Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days. The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.

Excellent service at the reception, staff requested. Good breakfast options, large rooms, clean and well-cared environments. The hotel is excellent, near the port of mucuripe, bars, restaurants and easy mobility. has free parking. If you are going to host in a family or business group, the room cards (for security) only give access to your floor, ground floor and garage. Therefore, if you need to find it, ask another card at the reception. I had only one countertime at the hotel, which was talked at the reception and I believe it will be cured soon. The emergency stairs hall was painted recently. I had to use the stairs and a lot of the stairs were without light.

The wonderful breakfast, with congratulations to Claudia (A&B) always very educated, nice and dedicated and its very cordial, affectionate, courtesy team: Dangelo, Patricia, Irion, Marcos, Nadia and Marilene (this makes omelets and tapiocas delicious and always with a The Norma and Ivone rooms, careful and gentle, large room with king size bed, TV with various channels, and good Wi-Fi.

Hotel well tourist, super well located on the beach of Meirelles, in front of the fairy , near restaurants, bars, pharmacies, markets, well structured with good facilities. The room is not so big, and our room had seen for the parking, but everything was clean, smelling, bathroom ok. Diversified breakfast, highlighted for tapioca, super educated, careful and fun officials, always ready to enjoy guests, the only negative point is that the hotel promotes corporate events, and usually occupy the pool space, on the first day of our hosting was having one with high music that disturbed a little, I think the administration could review this situation.
