Reception was okay. The hotel was a bit run down with fraying carpets in the corridors. Cleanliness was not great and the guest laundry was not well-kept. The biggest issue is noise. This is a place that has little to no soundproofing. Conversations could be heard in the hallways. If you like loud music up until 4:30 or 5;00 in the morning, then this would be a good place for you to stay. I will not stay there again. I would not recommend it.

I have to complain about the hotel I stayed in this time! I'd hoped for a comfortable and relaxing environment on my trip, but this hotel left me with a terrible experience. 😡 I checked into this hotel, which was listed at 200 per night. When I checked in, the front desk staff was expressionless and the process was slow. I stood there waiting for a long time, and my mood immediately soured. Entering the room, it looked clean, so I didn't think much of it. But that evening, problems began to arise one after another. The air conditioner had been on for a long time, but it hadn't cooled the room at all. The room was like a steamer, and I was sweating profusely, making it impossible to sleep properly. I called the front desk to report the problem, but they just perfunctorily said they would send someone to check it out. After waiting for over half an hour, the maintenance staff finally arrived. After tinkering with the problem for a while, they couldn't fix it and said they wouldn't be able to fix it until the next day. What a waste of time! To make matters worse, there's a karaoke bar next to the hotel, and the loud music and noise pierced through the window. I was already upset by the air conditioning issue, and the noise was excruciating. I contacted the front desk again, hoping they could coordinate a solution, but they simply said they would contact the karaoke bar. The noise didn't abate at all. I tossed and turned all night, barely getting any sleep. The next day, I felt exhausted, and my travel mood was completely ruined. For 200 yuan a night, I expected a basic stay, but I didn't expect it to be so awful. The service and amenities were simply not worth the price. I strongly recommend everyone avoid this hotel and don't make the same mistake I did!

The most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in on a business trip. It's very quiet and has good sunshade and sunlight.

Every time I opened the bathroom door, there was a strange smell. The KTV downstairs was very noisy. Although I knew there were no windows from the beginning, the actual experience was more depressing than I expected! I had a very bad sleep! Overall, one star is a bit too much!
