Saff at lobby, restaurant and lounge are very helpful. Reply ,explanation and introduction are well-trained. Even trainees are quite outstanding. We occassionally encountered a instance while we were having tea in the restaurant. A trainee was trained to place tablewares near us. A trainee seemed placed the tablewares not as per their standard and we heard from the trainer that, ”You can't place like this, remember that we are a 5-start hotel.” We are quite impressed with their attitude. But a bit disappointed by their cocktails. Really need improvement. My wife ordered a Piña colada. I expected it should be white in color, but it came out with some bubble-like stuff floating on top, water-like liquid in the mid-body and thick white-layer at the bottom. No matter how we stired, they didn't mix-up.

Impressive, everything good, staff is helpful , thank Jack Zhang at the front desk. We have dinner in the Chinese restaurant, food is delicious with reasonable prices, I definitely would stay there again.
