布草臟（很臟），門上有洞（你敢信？），貓眼無遮擋，衞生間用水開閥（調到中間）瞬時水温非常高，水管會時不時的發出異響（我住頂樓），房間內沒有內線電話沒有礦泉水，走廊燈是聲控的，洗漱用品質量極差，看圖吧…退房才發的，怕被攆走

酒店位於鬧市區，周邊購物吃飯都特別方便。有自己的免費停車場，停車場超級大，停車不是問題。房間乾淨整潔，空間大。

首先前台，保潔的工作，態度都很到位。但設施老話，裝修年限太久，地板起皮，房間照明燈缺失，衞生間沒有排風，窗簾拉不上，牆紙破舊。走廊地毯老舊嚴重！

房間能看出是翻新舊物，設施一般沒有電梯，但衞生還挺好，床品很新，家庭房空間很大，酒店位置不錯，而且後院有停車場，非常方便

一路旅行都很滿意，到了撫遠給了我一個打擊。撫遠珺東商務酒店圖片與實際完全不符，想住房者請三思。服務態度也不好。有空調不製冷，有熱水器水不熱。
