The front desk service was excellent and easy to communicate with. There were plenty of rooms available, and they even upgraded us for free. We were very happy with our spacious room, which included a small sofa. Housekeeping cleaned it thoroughly every day, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, allowing us to sleep in. A major plus is the parking lot with ample spaces, though you do have to register your license plate at the front desk every time you leave. The location is also very convenient, with a subway and bus station right outside. We stayed here for 3 days and were very satisfied!

YYutouwangAbsolutely amazing! This hotel is located just outside Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and it's a attraction in itself, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. After a good rest, it's just a 5-minute walk to the main road where the 'Love Tree' is, and then a short stroll to the famous Daming Food Street. A little further on, you'll find the incredibly popular Zhu Fugui restaurant. The location is absolutely top-notch.
The staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. They proactively helped with our luggage, introduced all the facilities, and while we waited for our room, they even took the kids to play with beads and paint lacquer fans. A big thank you to the lobby manager for their care!
Walking into the room was another pleasant surprise. Welcome fruits and a thoughtful greeting gift were already set up. The toiletries were my favorite L'Occitane Verbena, and the tissues on the vanity were made of a soft facial towel material. The disposable slippers were also very skin-friendly, and the towels were exceptionally clean. When we returned to our room in the evening, we met the cleaning auntie, who proactively offered turn-down service and asked if we needed extra mineral water. We truly appreciated it.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuzhou!

MM26541****During the National Day holiday, I visited a friend in Fuzhou and decided to do some sightseeing. After browsing many hotels online, I ultimately chose Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang! My decision was based on Hilton's reputation for excellent customer service and their 'Hilton CleanStay' program. Both the service provided during check-in and the cleanliness of the room were outstanding! It truly lives up to its 5-star rating! However, there was one minor issue. As a 5-star hotel, I believe there might be a slight problem with their management. I checked in on October 5th, and my booking only included breakfast for two people. During check-in, I confirmed with the front desk to add breakfast for one more person (my child). Yet, at breakfast on the 6th, we were stopped at the 39th floor breakfast area. I just wanted to offer a small suggestion here...

The hotel lobby is on the second floor. The front desk service was thoughtful; they called me in advance to remind me and provide directions to the parking lot. The facilities are comprehensive; the underground parking not only has ground-level charging stations but also a self-service car wash. When I couldn't find a print shop at night, the front desk enthusiastically helped me print documents for free and even offered to assist with laundry. For frequent travelers like myself, this kind of service, always prioritizing guest convenience, made me very satisfied. What truly surprised me was that it was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a fruit basket and well wishes, adding a beautiful memory to my trip! The room was also clean and comfortable, with excellent hygiene. I've saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!

Breakfast is provided, making it convenient to grab a quick bite and not delay my work schedule. Yueyue's service was professional and efficient, and she thought of every detail for business travelers. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in this city for business!

Its location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to all attractions. Plus, you can even watch the flag-raising ceremony right from your room! As expected from a well-established, star-rated hotel, the service was impeccable; every staff member provided exceptional assistance. After check-in, Besty, in particular, offered outstanding service throughout my stay. When I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, they even helped mail it back to me. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my trip to Fuzhou!

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

Service: I strongly recommend and praise the lobby manager. When I came, I met him in the lobby with my family to check in. Thank you for his meticulous service. He helped me get water and bags, and carefully observed and asked if we had just got off the plane. He was a girl from another place and recommended a lot of delicious food to me. Because I need to use a computer for work, I didn’t expect that the room can support cloud computers to solve office problems. The lobby manager also came up to help operate it. The facilities are great. Thank you for his service.
Guest room: Although the room facilities are a little old, it is quite clean. The most important thing for travel is cleanliness!
