Location - Convenient, about 10 minutes walk to Sanfang Qixiang and just next to WuSan Park. Cleanliness - average Comfort & Room Quality - the room’s soundproofing was not very good because noises from outside the room could be heard and the toilet is a bit old. Facilities & Amenities - there’s a washing machine at the top floor. Service - ok

No one spoke English but the staff was very nice and helpful. They called my taxi for me the next morning. The location is central. Right next to the historical area and right next to the park, you could walk everywhere. Food right nearby. I'd stay again.

The location is very good nearby Sanfang Qixiang around 10 minutes walk. Walk until the end you can see Daming foodstreet. There’s plenty eatery nearby to choose. Transportation is good, bus and metro station nearby. Very strategic location The receptionist quite slow copied our passport detail when we checked in at nite and then ask again in the morning which is troublesome. The room is spacious for 2 people and the bed very comfortable. Toothbrush, soap etc provided in the room. The signage of the hotel is Jya Hotel.

Right price and location .

Good location although a bit hard to find at first. I got the room with no windows and regret it a bit. I would really recommend getting a room with windows for extra comfort. The soundproofing wasn't the best.

I booked the promotional room that is small and without windows, but my stay at Zhijia was so cosy! Room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind enough to give me late check out because I arrived late due to a flight delay. He also gave me an additional room card so that the air conditioning can be turned on the whole day to cool the room. Cleaning lady was kind too and passed me tissue paper and water when I told her I don’t need her to clean up my room. Location is very convenient, many eateries around. I had a great stay, thank you!

The rooms I booked were really small, but clean and comfortable. I booked 3 rooms, the reception staff upgraded 1 room for us for free to make all the rooms be on the same floor. Appreciate!

The bed was clean, the rest unfortunately was not. I actually did some cleaning myself in the bathroom when I arrived. When booking it was advertised as a smokefree room. There was an ashtray in the room and it smelled like smoke. On top of that people smoked everywhere. In the hallways, lobby and even in the elevator so basically the entire hotel smells like smoke. I left early because it was really too much for me. On a positive note the location is good.

We stayed two nights and unfortunately both nights have been sleepless- you can hear everything from not just outside but also the rooms next door. The maitress was really uncomfortable, maybe too old? The bathroom needed restructuring, and the overall building a deep cleaning. Would not recommend and not go back altho the good location.

Although this hotel looks modest from the outside and it's common corridor carpets are really beaten up, the establishment is a real find. Ifs fair price and location in Central old Fuzhou - between Wushan and the Alleys and Lanes, and just below Yushan were unbeatable. The local humid climate does require management to prop open suite windows to air out rooms because most are quite compact. (Uncomfortable in January). Still, they are big enough, and the hotel's location and very friendly, helpful staff far outweigh any drawbacks. I'd stay again.

Very clean and well maintained room, staff was friendly too, but room was abit small and the toilet has no door. Location is good for the price as it is within walkable distance from the metro station but still abit troublesome to get to with large luggages

Location very near the tourist spot area and walking distancce is only about 500 - 700 mtr . surrounding area also got many food you can select.
