Great location, Service was exceptional especially from all the staff at the receptions. Free waters, ice machine and minute walk away from Fulton st metro which is main metro stops for majority of the metro line including JFK lines. Walking distance to WTC, Brooklyn bridge and Chinatown

They gave me cute corner room, I would like to stay longer here

Service by front desk was great. Great location. There were three negative points: 1) Murky tap water (disgusting look) 2) Empty body wash bottle (room service should do a proper job) 3) Bugs in bathroom (extremely disgusting)

The location is very nice; safty and not far away to get access to the tourist spots. Staff are helpful ; however, there are some limitation for elevator useage -- only 2 may not enough even in the rush hours and in general use for both house keepers and the guests. Some guests miss over 5 times of waiting; specially for the house keepers with the cart. The room space is quite small but clean enough to stay. The drinking water machine on the ground floor never work so the hotel provide bottle watter on request.

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic. The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

Lovely hotel, good location, close to transportation and tourist attractions. Room was good size for the 2 of us.

The front desk was nice, and was very nice that there was lemon water up front for when you get back from an all day walking.

The staffs are really nice and supportive. They provide complimentary luggage storage and check-in or -out is fast. The place is quiet in the night although these are some construction undergoing. I had a very good experience here. The location is also good. It's within walking distance to plaza, cafes and restaurants and the price is reasonable. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location.

The carpets are damp from the leaking of water from bathroom. Remember to bring your own slippers.

Super small room with great location and comfortable bed in the heart of Financial District Manhattan. The location is superb and very close to subway station (Fulton street) and any other restaurant, mini mart , shops etc. The lady in reception was attentive and effective, also the man in reception when i've checked out in early morning was helpful. The only main downside was the room is relatively super small. i'am a solo traveler with 1 size checked bag and 1 size cabin bag apparently the room already overwhelmed with those luggage. Wondering if i was travelling with partner. The bathroom is clean and modern but the water power in shower was weak.

If are on business trip, this is the realisticly ideal place for you Staff were helpful housekeep was on time and perfect Would come again
