🧹衞生：衞生好，去東街口玩，帶着小孩住也挺方便的，還有一次性浴巾，挺好的，不用自己帶毛巾，
🚗 交通：交通也方便，有地鐵，還能逛街，美食

🚗 交通：地理位置十分優越，距離三坊七巷北口約100m，距離鼓樓公交站和東街口地鐵1號線150m左右，就是鬧市區停車費點勁。
🧹衞生：由於地處鬧市區，人員流動較大，衞生條件一般，不過必備洗漱用品應有盡有，配套設施較為完善，空調温度穩定，熱水十分充足。
🍃環境：門口就是達明美食街，吃飯十分方便，距離三坊七巷不遠，到閩江、烏山、上下杭都有交通工具，就是入口到二樓前台的通道較為陰暗，有些不便。
🔔服務：儘管硬件條件一般，到服務態度較好，存放行李和收發快遞都較為放心，保潔人員定期收拾，彌補了硬件不足。
總體而言，雖然對硬件和衞生條件有需求的遊客來説不是特別友好，但服務和優越的地理位置一定程度上彌補了不足，適合性價比較高的落腳點。

除了便宜一無是處 三小時鐘點房想睡個午覺至少兩個小時打掃衞生的大媽在走廊高聲喧嘩 隔音當然是差的要死 最荒誕的是大媽們這麼“努力”打掃衞生的情況下房間一股味被子上也有異味馬桶上有毛髮地板臟的無法下腳
怎麼説呢 真感謝豐富了我人生經歷呢😅

因為半夜停電。自身帶孩子。沒有空調就去問什麼時候修好。被前台告知不知道什麼時候修好。等不住的話就讓我平台取消訂單。他們全額退我。讓我半夜抱着孩子去哪裡找住的地方。前台小姐姐態度挺好。 男孩子問2次就煩了態度極其差

進樓環境破碎零亂，房間牆面有點小小斑駁，也許是近期南風的緣故，被褥與地板有點潮。但對於追求一個人住宿，相較於背包床，可以享有一個人的隱私空間已經很感恩，整體而言還算是整潔舒適。
鄰近為社區空間，花了一天的時間在四處打轉非常享受，生活感的食、早市、寺廟，比起鋪設的景區，住處地點的選擇是這趟旅程最滿意之處。

酒店環境就很一般，就是麻雀雖小五臟具全，便宜還算乾淨，離景點三坊七巷很近，樓下都是賣吃的。但有潔癖與在意隔音的就別太考慮了。畢竟晚上隔壁住的什麼人也不知道。
住宿的晚上也不知道發生什麼事，一個男的跑來一直踹門跟一個住宿女的吵架，在廊道上鬼吼鬼叫的，搞了一個多小時，也不見有工作人員出來管管或報警的。
