性價比高，很精緻的酒店，整體乾淨整潔。開酒店的很有心，內部裝飾有很多細節。非常適合90後年輕人住。也有缺點，就是隔音會略微差一些。

🧹衞生：可能重新裝修過 必須可以呀 看起來很新 被子枕頭什麼的也很乾凈 房間裏的配套設施也很齊全 還看到阿姨有用除蟎儀處理衞生 這個👍
🚗 交通：很便捷 我是衝著M17廣場去的 蠻近 公交很方便打車就更不用説了 距離不遠
🔔服務：這個必須給滿分 特別好 有什麼問題就馬上回答以及幫忙解決 點贊
每一個主題房間都特別🉑️ 總之就是物美價廉 下次有需要會在來的

我的合作伙伴在福州鼓樓區，每次來業務洽談，都要在福州鼓樓區尋找一個可以居住的賓館，鼓樓區的酒店我住過很多，昨天，第一次下榻福州慕恩時尚主題酒店，這個酒店位於福州市鼓樓區福新路（華威大飯店旁）雙子星大廈內（雙子星公交站牌後面），靠近五一廣場。進門發現這個酒店擁有各種主題房間，很有文化氣息，乾淨衞生，服務接待人員熱情周到，服務態度好，步入房間，大房間寬敞乾淨，小房間精緻佈局合理，整體乾淨衞生，被子乾爽，這是在鼓樓區很多酒店所沒有的，大部分賓館的被子特別的潮濕，不蓋被子開空調時涼，容易感冒，蓋被子又特別潮濕，而福州慕恩時尚主題酒店的被子乾爽，乾淨，衞生，還給免費洗衣，衣服幹了以後再進行消毒殺蟲處理，我是一個在賓館住宿對衞生特別挑剔的人，福州慕恩時尚主題酒店讓我找不到缺點，這是一個可以暢遊夢想的主題文化精品酒店，如夢想般色彩斑斕的文化氛圍，早餐精緻有品味，房間價格也不高，這麼好的服務，這麼好的住宿條件，物超所值，以後再來福州，這裏就是定點住宿的賓館了。

住了多次了，每次來福州都住，衞生也很乾凈，空氣特別清晰，老闆人也特別好，性價比很高，床都要特別大，特別軟，睡的非常舒服哦，來福州玩的不二選擇，離三坊七巷也很近哦，值得推薦

酒店在一棟大廈的三樓，房間還可以，比較乾淨，交通也還比較方便，去三坊七巷兩公里。有些房間沒有窗户，下單的時候要問清楚。沒有停車場，停在大廈地下停車場，平台上説的是進出10元，但我們停了一晚上，進出一次是三十元，要如實告知。
