Looking at the picture feels good, but after the stay, it’s a bit dumbfounded. How to say that the facilities in the room are old. The location has nothing to say. The subway station is more than 200 meters. The traffic is very convenient. The downstairs is very complete. The female staff is very good. The night reception received me. The attitude of the male service staff is quite general. It is estimated that the work day is tired. The bathroom is a bit offensive. I don’t know if it’s the reason for the holiday. I booked three nights for 900 yuan. It’s not worth the price.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that breakfast wasn't included in my room reservation, contrary to what was stated. I promptly reached out to trip.com to address this discrepancy. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still satisfactory, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station, was convenient, with shops nearby. The breakfast provided was acceptable. All things considered, the hotel offered good value for the price.

Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard.
The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance.
Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be!
A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. Lucky hotel shares facilities with the Atour hotel next door so the amenities and room decor is similar. Ample food options are also within walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the Fuzhou Railway station as it's walkable from the rail station to the hotel. Make sure to exit on the south side of the station. If you accidentally exit on the north side, it is a 20 minute walk inside the station from the north square to the south square.
The only downside is the walls are thin, so depending on the floor and location of your room, you might hear guests on the floor above you conversing or constant doors slamming in the hallway every morning as many guests check out early to leave for the rail station. This was not an issue for us as we left early morning as well.

I took two photos at breakfast. The lobby is not big but the front desk service is very considerate. The guest rooms are also cleaned very cleanly. When we went out for dinner, the housekeeping staff also made the night bed for us. The service is a bit upscale. I like the layout of the room very much. On the right hand side of the door is the wardrobe and washbasin, and on the left hand side is the shower room and toilet. This is completely independent and very convenient. The hotel is located in the South Square. After exiting the station, look to the left hand front Jinhui Building and you can see Yishang Hotel. It is very close.

Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. You may have to go to snacks, but there is a pick-up station. I have no brain to call and wait for arrangements. I like 🥰! There is also a variety of breakfasts, very rich.
Environment: It is a self-built house in a village, but the decoration is very good and the location is very spacious.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good.
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There is a laundry room and a place to dry clothes. The boss can also help rent an electric car or a car, which is really friendly.

GGuest UserWe have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea.
We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us.
Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service!
The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it.
Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night
There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience!
If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

JJames KongWe really enjoyed staying in your hotel last night. Although we checked in late, we had excellent service from the staff at the front desk. The female staff were most friendly. They helped us with finding a good restaurant for late dinner. We booked the shuttle to the airport the next day, and the staff prepared the takeout breakfast for us, going to the airport. I have no complaints about the facilities and room, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the decor was modern and cosy.
The location was great. There were many restaurants within a short walk.

WWenji ZI hadn't been back to Fuzhou in a long time, so I was really excited to finally make the trip. The Shangri-La totally lived up to the hype. The service was incredible – I felt like royalty from the moment I pulled up.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many choices, and everything tasted fantastic. I especially loved 蛤蜊煎蛋.
Overall, my stay was top-notch. The hotel is super luxurious, and the staff went above and beyond, especially thanks to 小占 for helping me with everything! I can't recommend it enough!

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a variety of room types and a good environment. There are mountains and water around it, and it is quiet and natural. I like this atmosphere very much. There is a special shuttle bus to the front desk of Tangyuan, which is very close. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel. It is very comfortable to swim indoors at a constant temperature! The check-in experience is very good. The hotel staff is warm and polite, especially Xiao Li's meticulous service. I will choose Shoukai Junlan next time.

JJenson HiahHave booked this hotel for 4 nights, on the third day the hotel told me I have to evacuate the premises in 2 hours, as they have encountered water and electricity issues, they just tell you to leave and without any service recovery, I was nearly stranded at such short notice…they should have a better protocol to address this, nevertheless I like this hotel and I do recommend for travelers looking for a clean and budget accommodation in Fuzhou.
