I stayed at viraat inn gaya for 2 days from 24th november to 26th november 2023. Rooms were cleaned. Toilet and bathroom were also clean. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel near rail station. My experience was very good in this hotel.
The hotel is well located about 2 kms from the main attraction mahabodhi temple. We had booked deluxe premium room which was extremely good, well maintained and clean. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel had arranged for tuk tuk to visit mahabodhi temple and other local temples at rs350/ and we had good tour of all the local temples. The hotel also arranged for cab (rs2500)to visit vishnupada temple and magagowri temple and other places and we had a pleasant trip. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel manager mr ranjan was very friendly took care of needs. The hotel permitted us to stay till 1. 30 pm although check out was at 12. 30 pm overall we had a pleasant stay

Pros: 1. Very close to the railway station. Walking distance. But don't walk with luggage. The roads are not good. It will spoil your wheels. 2. The food in the restaurant is excellent. 3. The bathroom was very spacious. 4. The room was ok. Cons: 1. The room had no windows, etc. 2. The room had a paint or varnish kind of smell which made it difficult and affected our sleep and throats. Perhaps outside facing rooms are better. 3. The room was not very clean. Corners were not clean. Pillows were not clean. 4. The bathroom had no exhaust, so the water stayed on the floor for hours. Overall:
it was a good short stay without much fuss.

The igloo cottage experience was good. The arrangement for candle light was awasome. The ambience was perfect and arranged things for holiday stay. Only thing i didn't like was room service. Overall a well spent holiday stay with private pool experience.
The rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is located on main road and very convenient to visit vishnu pad temple. Overall i am very satisfied with the stay.
Quality wise it is a good apartment for stay, away from direct main road, so the vehicle disturbance is almost zero. The behavior of the owner is well good. A bathtub is available in bathroom. Two to three car parking is available. Fooding arrangements and mahabodhi temple is within 2-3km and e-riksha is available till 10pm.

AAnonymous UserThe location is near the train station. There is a lively night market downstairs. The room is beautifully decorated and the toilet and bathroom are clean.
Ttenzin009The hotel is a bit far from Zhengjue Pagoda, and the transportation is not very convenient. I had a fever at night, so I called the hotel and asked the hotel to lend me a thermometer. Then after a while, he sent someone to bring a pair of pliers to me. I was speechless. It is very expensive to hire a taxi from the hotel to the train station, 1700rs+. If you have enough budget, I recommend going to the newly opened Hyatt. I stayed there for two days and was very satisfied. The food is better than here.
BBrian LindenVery nice service from front desk to dining. They even made me almond milk lattes and gluten free bread. The fitness center, while small, offers a universal machine that gives great workout. The steam room and spa are also nice touches. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. We will definitely return. Thank you.
GGuest UserMaya heritage is situated at a central location, and most tourist spots are at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast spread is average. Overall, it is highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe room was big and clean. The waiter was very helpful. There was a wedding downstairs during the two nights I stayed there. It was very lively and didn't get quiet until around 2am. I think this is the custom of Indians. The hotel waiter only speaks English and Hindi, no Chinese.
LLawrence80Need to work on the cleanliness of the bed, bedsheet and shower..won’t hurt to vacuum the bed once in a while..quite a bit of dust mite and sheets need changing..Wi-Fi practically not working..water quality and pressure needs some work..the only plus point it’s really near to the Maha Bodi temple..for this price I guess that’s what you get? Will opt to stay in a nicer place next time
GGuest UserMe and my family travelled to Gaya for a marriage function and were well received and treated as guests of priority by hotel management staff. They kept my room ready and understood my requirements as I was travelling late night and arrived at hotel at 1 am in morning. I had called them earlier to keep my room ready and they had organised everything as I had called the manager earlier for this. Good stay!
GGuest UserComfortable accommodation with full facilities, location not far from important tourist attractions in bodhgaya, staff are welcoming and take good care of you, when there is a problem, the staff is ready to solve and help, can cook in the kitchen, has hot water that can be used for bathing 24 hours, good and stable wi-fi signal rooms5. 0 service5. 0 location5. 0
GGuest UserAll and all we were not impressed. A Fawlty Towers gone to seed, or perhaps to sleep in the off season.
Positives: a good city view in our second room, and the room was a good size. Hallways and stairs were mopped every day. Staff was friendly. A nearby cafe frequented by visiting monks provided good meals at a moderate price.
Negatives:
Wifi did not work in our first assigned room/ floor, had to ask for toilet paper snd soap in both rooms, the sheets in first room had holes and were stained but we were then moved to another room/ floor for working wifi. Floor hadnt been cleaned in the second room and doubtful sheets had been changed. We also had no hot water the first day though manager assured us it would be fixed- it wasnt until next day when we complained again (complaining meant walking down to reception as the phones were not connected!) We requested the room be cleaned but it wasn't- the mgr forgetting we had asked … This was the ongoing pattern. Oh- the hotel restaurant was not operating, but given the overall slapdash standard of almost everything else, this was probably just ss well!
