"I stayed at viraat inn gaya for 2 days from 24th november to 26th november 2023. Rooms were cleaned. Toilet and bathroom were also clean. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel near rail station. My experience was very good in this hotel."
"The hotel is well located about 2 kms from the main attraction mahabodhi temple. We had booked deluxe premium room which was extremely good, well maintained and clean. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel had arranged for tuk tuk to visit mahabodhi temple and other local temples at rs350/ and we had good tour of all the local temples. The hotel also arranged for cab (rs2500)to visit vishnupada temple and magagowri temple and other places and we had a pleasant trip. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel manager mr ranjan was very friendly took care of needs. The hotel permitted us to stay till 1. 30 pm although check out was at 12. 30 pm overall we had a pleasant stay"

"Pros: 1. Very close to the railway station. Walking distance. But don't walk with luggage. The roads are not good. It will spoil your wheels. 2. The food in the restaurant is excellent. 3. The bathroom was very spacious. 4. The room was ok. Cons: 1. The room had no windows, etc. 2. The room had a paint or varnish kind of smell which made it difficult and affected our sleep and throats. Perhaps outside facing rooms are better. 3. The room was not very clean. Corners were not clean. Pillows were not clean. 4. The bathroom had no exhaust, so the water stayed on the floor for hours. Overall:
it was a good short stay without much fuss."

"We got a room for 4 with two double beds. It was a average room. For me it is an overrated over budget room. Next thing was bathroom which is very poor. The image we have seen is not the real one. The bathroom is very dirty and very bad."

Amazing
Ttenzin009The hotel is a bit far from Zhengjue Pagoda, and the transportation is not very convenient. I had a fever at night, so I called the hotel and asked the hotel to lend me a thermometer. Then after a while, he sent someone to bring a pair of pliers to me. I was speechless. It is very expensive to hire a taxi from the hotel to the train station, 1700rs+. If you have enough budget, I recommend going to the newly opened Hyatt. I stayed there for two days and was very satisfied. The food is better than here.
GGuest UserThe property was excellent in farm they built nice idea having wonderful experience like we staying in farm and the food was delicious and the staff behavior was very good
GGuest UserComfortable and luxurious stay. Clean and well maintained. Good service. Prime and proper location, close to all the tourist spots. Though the food is quite expensive and lastly the hotel parking space is quite limited and lacks a proper space. Otherwise the hotel management and staff are quite cooperative and helpful.
GGuest UserComfortable accommodation with full facilities, location not far from important tourist attractions in bodhgaya, staff are welcoming and take good care of you, when there is a problem, the staff is ready to solve and help, can cook in the kitchen, has hot water that can be used for bathing 24 hours, good and stable wi-fi signal rooms5. 0 service5. 0 location5. 0
GGuest UserI stayed there from 8th April to 11th April'25 with my 2 elder sisters. It's location is near to Gaya railway station, only 3-4 minutes walking distance. As far as their services were concerned--some of the reception staffs behaviour were very polite and some were not so.The same were also true for the restaurant staffs also.Food quality was good.Room cleaning staffs behaviour was not good. But the reception staffs arranged one gentle panda with reasonable rate for thePINDADAN rituals without any harrasment. They also arranged us good quality cars with well behaved drivers at a reasonable rate for local sight seeing. As a whole I could mark them 3'5 out of 5.
AAIDYSManager help me with e-Visa. Photos of the hotel in their album are satisfied. For airport transfer and city visit they can call taxi or can provide service with tuk tuk or motorbike.
GGuest UserQuality wise it is a good apartment for stay, away from direct main road, so the vehicle disturbance is almost zero. The behavior of the owner is well good. A bathtub is available in bathroom. Two to three car parking is available. Fooding arrangements and mahabodhi temple is within 2-3km and e-riksha is available till 10pm.
GGuest UserAll and all we were not impressed. A Fawlty Towers gone to seed, or perhaps to sleep in the off season.
Positives: a good city view in our second room, and the room was a good size. Hallways and stairs were mopped every day. Staff was friendly. A nearby cafe frequented by visiting monks provided good meals at a moderate price.
Negatives:
Wifi did not work in our first assigned room/ floor, had to ask for toilet paper snd soap in both rooms, the sheets in first room had holes and were stained but we were then moved to another room/ floor for working wifi. Floor hadnt been cleaned in the second room and doubtful sheets had been changed. We also had no hot water the first day though manager assured us it would be fixed- it wasnt until next day when we complained again (complaining meant walking down to reception as the phones were not connected!) We requested the room be cleaned but it wasn't- the mgr forgetting we had asked … This was the ongoing pattern. Oh- the hotel restaurant was not operating, but given the overall slapdash standard of almost everything else, this was probably just ss well!
