Such a beautiful place! Great hospitality and breakfast. Option for late/ remote check-in was very helpful. Great jumping off point for skiing! We have already booked again. :)

We just spent a night at this B&B, and we couldn't have been happier. The home itself was built in 1887 making it historically interesting. It has been completely renovated and modernized while still keeping its historical feel. Justin, one of the owners, greeted us when we checked in, showed us the property, and made us feel like his home was our home. We were welcome to use just about anything other than the stove itself. The downstairs area was decorated impeccably, with lots of little touches here and there. They have a turntable with dozens of vinyl albums and a pump organ that we were free to use. There are several rooms that you can sit and relax in, and a TV room with a large flat screen TV. The room was very pleasant and kept at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. It had a killer bathtub and shower. Jaime, the other owner, was friendly and fun to talk to in the morning while she was cooking our delicious (and ample) breakfast. All in all, this is one of our best B&B experiences ever!

Rose Street Bed & Breakfast is an awesome accommodation while in the Georgetown, CO area. Jaime is a superb host, and has thought of everything to welcome your stay - from the period furniture, warm cookies upon arrival, to the sugar scrub! The house is on the National Historic Registry and is just beautiful. We loved the pump organ, the record player, the assortment of games available and the lovely outdoor seating area. Our breakfast was delicious and is was so much fun to talk with Jaime! We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all Rose Street B&B had to offer. Georgetown is a wonderful area to stay in, relatively close to the ski areas and is right off of I-70—yet you would never know that when you are in this quaint, historic town. It is also the gateway to Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. We will definitely return! Loved every second of our stay!

We stayed for one night in this quaint property. Our room was tiny but clean. Having read previous reviews we had high hopes for breakfast. Regrettably it was poor. There was no choice and we had to tell the owner what time we would like to eat. Arriving at the dining room on time we were presented with dry, overcooked, burnt, sausages and equally dry scrambled eggs and a pancake. Strangely there were two other plates of food already on the table when we sat down. Two guests joined us about fifteen minutes later and were told that the food on the table, which must have been stone cold and entirely unappetising anyway, was for them. Quite unbelievable. Overall not a great experience in what is a charming small town.

Very clean and comfortable B&B with a nice price. Bed very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast was awesome! Great location in town, right at the beginning of the road over Guinella Pass. Beautiful garden seating area , great parking solution in place with off street spaces for all guests. Will definitely be staying again on return trips.

My daughter and I just returned from a lovely stay in this beautiful Victorian style home. So much more welcoming than a bland hotel. We loved the Red Mountain Suite, especially the awesome bathroom! The bed & pillows were comfy and everything was clean. There is nice decor throughout the home. We might have spent more time in the common rooms, however, the furniture was either not very comfortable or tired and in need of an update, along with the carpeting. We did enjoy the awesome kitchen. They allowed us use of the refrigerator, microwave and dish ware, which I greatly appreciated. I can only give 4 Stars mainly due to one disappointment. Their website states: “At 3pm daily we will present chef’s choice of specialty snacks in the dining room.” This did not occur. There was a plate of cookies present our first day that remained for the 3 days of our stay. Albeit this failed to meet our expectations, we still very much enjoyed our visit.

Awesome stay! Jaime was great! She made an awesome breakfast! Located close to restaurant and local brewery. Quaint old house! Loved it!😁

Quaint B&B with plenty of shared living spaces furnished with antique furniture that is more interesting to look at than functional. There were home made brownies out, but they were uncovered and stale by check-in time. The other guests were nice, and people seemed to mingle as much as they wanted. There are three living rooms, but only a few guest rooms. Since it's a former old house, and therefor close quarters, there are gaps under the bedroom doors and you will hear your neighbors when they shower at 6 am. We stayed in a pretty, large, clean room with a comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom with tub and local hand scrubs and soaps that were lovely. The breakfast sausages, toast and coffee were very good, but our potatoes, the main course, were undercooked. It's on the west side of town, one of the last houses before you head up Guanella Pass, so it's beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to town.
