Exceptional spot, right behind all the noise in a peaceful alley where you can rest before shopping or dine and wine. Literally 50 meters away from the central square and 10 mins walk from all you have to see in Gjirokaster. The manager was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great! I would totally recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, clean and very well located. The owner a very nice and helpful person. It is next to a club and i could not sleep all night, till early morning. The breakfast was very limited and no options, just a cold byrek. Although the lady who served the breakfast was amazing.

Stylishly decorated environment according to the tradition of the country, the perfect location right in the middle of the old bazaar so you do not need the car anymore. Breakfast is served in another space but it is really tasty. Unrepeatable hospitality

I must say I was outraged by the service and its communication. First, I have booked via ********** for the non refundable booking. The hotel tricked me by instructed me to cancel this “non refundable” booking. Once complained, they have given me the room. The location seems to be convenient however It is located right next to the lively pub , the music is so loud that i could not sleep at all. There was no one at the reception and If I need help I have tried to send a message via the ********** message board, then no response. The booking specifically said “breakfast included” but this is a completely a lie. Tried to call via telephone but no response. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and my trip to Gjirokaster has been completely ruined by this hotel.
