Hotel location, facilities, and cleanliness are mostly satisfactory, but rooms facing south can be a little hot.
And there is a big park nearby, so it's good to take a walk

The city is only ten minutes away by car, so it is suitable for self-driving accommodation. The room is quiet and clean. The restaurant menu has few choices and is extremely expensive!

Only spent one night here. generally hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good, the only let down being the quilt and pillows. The quilt was very thin and pillows far too soft for my liking. Vegan options were limited at breakfast. Overall reasonably happy with the stay.

Business trip using the convention space available.
Like the hotel the air conditioning was ineffective and the resolution of the display was inadequate and the service personnel were unable to resolve the problem.
The catering and hotel restaurant was excellent and staff friendly if under resourced resulting in a long wait to be served.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. This is a large hotel with nice facilities located next to a beautiful city park. Our room was large and comfortable and breakfast excellent with options for special diet needs.
The front desk staff was friendly, respectful and went out of their way to be helpful.
