空調不工作，被子很薄，熱水不熱，花灑還是壞了很久也不修的那種，毛巾衹能用來擦腳，根本不敢用來洗澡。

Уборка номера просто ужасная!Унитаз,душ, постельное белье, потолок, подоконник - все грязное. Будто даже не пытались помыть!Для меня главный критерий чистота, даже если все старенькое и требует ремонта (как здесь).А еще важен приветливый, адекватный персонал. Здесь все мимо! Месторасположение тоже оставляет желать лучшего, а так же контингент…мужчины приводят девушек «на час». Не очень приятно находится в такой атмосфере.Никому не советую.

Чистые номера, прекрасное обслуживание! Все очень понравилось, было приятно провести здесь время) Долго думала в какой отель заехать, когда приехала в Ростов. Выбором довольна))) Спасибо большое за доброжелательных работников.
